【岗位职责】
1.协助餐饮总监和行政总厨负责整个厨房的运营，成本控制核算，人员招聘管理和培训；
2.负责餐厅菜品的风格和理念方向，菜品的研发，人员的调动；
3.负责中厨房员工培训计划的制定和实施，不断研制新的菜点品种；
4.负责厨房的运营和管理；负责所有中餐的出品，以达到最高的质量保准。
5.根据餐厅的特点和要求制定餐厅的菜单和厨房菜谱；
6.制定各厨房的作业规程及岗位责任制，确保厨房工作正常进行计划；
7.根据各厨房原料使用情况和库房存货数量。制定原材料订购计划、控制原料的进货质量；
8.检查各厨房设备运转情况和厨具、用具的使用情况，制定订购计划；
9.听取客人意见，了解菜肴销售情况，不断提高食品质量；
10.定期实施和开展厨师技术培训，对厨师技术水平进行考核、评估并提出合理化建议；
11.负责签批原料出单及填写厨房原料使用报表，经常检查原料情况，防止变质、短缺；
12.其他事宜等。
【岗位要求】
1.有较强的事业心，热爱本职工作，工作认真负责。
2.熟悉中厨房生产流程，掌握较全面的中餐菜肴制作技术。
3.有组织管理能力和良好的沟通能力及专业的英语基础。
4.懂得成本核算，食物原料及食品营养知识。
5.熟练应用计算机办公软件（如word\excel等）。
6.熟知国家相关部门制定的餐饮卫生制度，以及对出品部的相关要求。
7.具有3年以上同岗位工作经营，有知名连锁餐饮或酒店工作经验者优先。
8.有创新和研发新菜品的能力，并能够准确把握市场餐饮的相关信息。
9.身体健康，精力充沛。
