【岗位职责】
1、全面负责酒店财务管理工作，包括预算编制、成本控制、资金管理、税务筹划等，确保财务体系高效运行；
2、制定并执行财务管理制度及流程，监督财务核算、报表编制及财务分析工作，确保数据准确性和及时性；
3、负责酒店经营活动的财务风险评估与控制，提出优化建议以提升经营效益；
4、统筹资金规划与调配，保障资金安全并提高资金使用效率；
5、对接业主方及管理层，定期汇报财务状况，提供决策支持；
6、协调内外部审计工作，确保财务合规性及合法性；
7、参与酒店重大经营项目的财务可行性分析及投资评估。
【岗位要求】
1、5年以上工作经验，具备扎实的财务专业知识和丰富的财务管理经验，熟悉酒店行业财务运作模式者优先；
2、精通国家财税法规及会计准则，具备较强的财务分析、预算管理及风险控制能力；
3、具备优秀的沟通协调能力，能高效对接业主、管理层及各部门；
4、逻辑清晰，责任心强，具备较强的抗压能力及团队管理能力；
5、熟练使用财务软件及办公自动化工具，具备数据敏感性和分析能力；
6、对行业动态及政策变化保持高度敏感，能及时调整财务策略。
