1、负责酒店总机接听及转接,确保电话沟通专业高效
2、处理宾客各类咨询及需求,提供准确信息与服务指引
3、记录并跟进宾客特殊需求及投诉,协调相关部门解决
4、维护客户数据库,更新宾客偏好及重要信息
5、协助处理紧急突发事件,按流程启动应急预案
