岗位职责：
1、负责酒店网络、WiFi、IT设备日常运维与故障排查；
2、维护酒店系统，保障各部门正常办公运营；
3、定期巡检机房、服务器、交换机等设备，排查网络安全隐患；
4、快速处理电脑、打印机等办公软硬件故障，保障办公顺畅；
5、负责IT设备台账登记、盘点、领用及报废，管控物资成本；
6、配合系统升级、数据备份、权限及网络优化，保障数据与系统稳定。
岗位要求：
1、大专及以上学历，计算机相关专业优先；
2、有1年以上酒店IT工作经验，熟悉酒店软硬件及网络运维；
3、熟练电脑、办公设备、网络排查维修；
4、具备基础局域网、WiFi调试与网络优化能力；
5、工作细心负责、响应快，具备独立问题处理能力；
6、可接受临时抢修，具备良好服务意识与团队协作能力。
