岗位职责1.协助中餐厅经理对中餐厅经进行管理；
2.政策和程序与品牌标准相符并得到贯彻和执行；
3.根据员工需求制定和实施相关培训计划并对他们的学习情况做出评估；
4.指导下属的工作以确保相关政策和程序的执行；
5.和厨房保持及时有效沟通；
6.协助餐厅经理进行培训；
7.保持并提升与下属员工的良好工作氛围和恰当的工作关系；
8.严格执行员工仪容仪表规范；
9.保持并不断拓展与客人的良好关系，解决客人提出的各种意见及问题，随时保持销售意识以增加收入。
岗位要求
1.有品牌酒店中餐厅运营及管理经验；2.有中餐厅同岗位工作经验；
3.形象气质佳，性格开朗；
4.很好的与各级同事沟通，能指导并激励员工。
