【岗位职责】
1、制定并完善酒店各项培训管理政策和制度。
2、负责制定并执行酒店员工培训计划，确保培训内容符合酒店服务标准和品牌文化，实现培训支持运营策略，从而提升运营品质。
3、通过培训及各项活动提高员工满意度，降低离职率，实现人工效能及人力资源目标。
4、根据运营及人才发展需求，设计并开展相关培训课程，汇总培训报告、复盘培训问题并跟进结果，确保各项培训活动落地。
5、通过培训及组织策划员工活动，助力员工在工作中彰显价值主张，并通过培训与活动引领传递品牌文化。
6、建立和维护员工培训档案，跟踪员工职业发展路径，管理人才发展项目及进度。
7、协调各部门培训需求，制定年度培训预算并监督执行。
【岗位要求】
1、具备万豪集团及奢华酒店培训工作经验；
2、具备优秀的沟通表达能力，能够独立实施培训课程和项目；
3、具备较强的组织协调能力和团队合作精神；
4、熟练使用办公软件及培训相关工具；
5、优秀的中英文听说读写能力。
