【岗位职责】
1、制定并执行MICE市场销售策略，完成年度销售预算及个人业绩指标;
2、开发并维护企业客户、会议策划公司、PCO、DMC等渠道资源；
3、负责MICE团队的全程跟进，包括客户拜访、需求分析、方案报价、合同谈判及现场协调；
4、跟进销售合同签订及后续服务，确保客户需求得到及时响应与落实；
5、收集市场信息及竞争对手动态，分析行业趋势，为销售策略调整提供支持；
6、参与酒店营销活动的策划与执行，提升品牌影响力及市场占有率；
7、协助财务部门完成应收账款管理，确保销售回款及时。
【岗位要求】
1、具备市场开拓能力及客户服务意识，能够独立完成销售任务；
2、2年以上酒店MICE销售经验，有国际品牌酒店经验者优先；
3、具备丰富的客户资源和较强的市场开拓能力；
4、熟练使用Office办公软件及CRM系统；
5、形象气质佳，具备良好的职业素养。
