岗位职责：
1.熟知菜单、食品配方及相关知识，以向客人推荐各种食品及饮料；
2.清洁并擦亮所有器皿；
3.保持工作场地及餐具室内物品的齐全、干净、整洁；
4.添加所需的布品及操作设备；
5.从仓库内领取物品；
6.根据标准的手册来完成服务工作；
7.根据集团标准来摆放餐台；
8.结束服务后，清理所有的酒水餐食，并清洁桌面。

岗位要求：
1.大专以上学历，酒店管理专业优先考虑；
2.工作态度端正，能吃苦耐劳，能适应不同的班次；
3.掌握必需的食品、酒水知识，有一定的西餐或酒吧服务技能。
4.身体健康，仪表端正。
