【岗位职责】
1、对酒吧经理负责，具体实施对大堂吧的日常营运管理工作。
2、负责制定大堂吧工作计划，并有效组织实施。
3、每日参与并检查、指导大堂吧工作执行情况，及时发现问题、处理问题并做好记录。
4、负责部门新员工培训和员工的在岗培训工作，确保员工的素质、技能符合岗位要求。
5、依据客人需求对大堂吧各项管理制度、政策以及部门操作程序、出品及服务标准提出有建设性的意见和建议。
6、与餐饮部其他部门的有效协调和沟通，使工作顺利进行。
7、负责执行大堂吧设备、设施的维护保养工作，使之经常处于完好的状态并得到合理的使用，防止事故发生。
8、负责检查大堂吧员工个人、区域环境等卫生及员工操作安全状况，贯彻执行饮食卫生制度，确保部门各项卫生及安全措施的实施。
【岗位要求】
1、同岗位工作经验3年以上
2、性别不限，27岁以下，工作认真负责，并有一定的管理水平和经营理念
3、懂各种酒水知识，有一定英语对话能力
