【岗位职责】
1、负责酒店内外墙面、天花板、门窗等区域的油漆涂刷及修补工作，确保施工质量符合酒店标准；
2、根据工程需求调配油漆颜色，确保颜色匹配及涂刷效果均匀美观；
3、定期检查酒店各区域的油漆状况，及时发现并处理脱落、开裂等问题；
4、配合其他维修人员完成相关设施的维护与翻新工作；
5、遵守安全操作规程，正确使用和维护油漆工具及设备；
6、保持工作区域的整洁，确保施工过程中不影响酒店正常运营。
【岗位要求】
1、具备基本的油漆施工技能，熟悉油漆调配及涂刷工艺；
2、能独立完成油漆作业，对细节有较高要求；
3、具备一定的安全意识，熟悉相关防护措施；
4、身体健康，能适应高空作业及长时间站立工作；
5、工作认真负责，有团队合作精神；
6、有酒店或相关行业工作经验者优先。
