岗位职责：
1.本岗位工作管理
1.规范前台的操作规程并随时予以督促。
2.检查当天所有入住登记表和电脑输入的正确性。
3.确保所有财务及其它报表按时上交。
4.确保与财务部门紧密协作解决任何帐务问题。
5.定期到银行进行外币兑换并更新外币牌价表。
6.确保备用金准确无误与充足。
7.熟练操作前台电脑系统。
8.指导并培训新员工了解前台工作在酒店中的作用。
9.履行酒店管理当局制定的经营规范和操作程序。
2.对客服务
1.运用较好的销售技巧最大限度提高入住率和房价
2.确保客人的入住和退房手续正确快速地完成。
3.关注客人的需要并帮助解决
4.对于客人提出的投诉要耐心倾听，尽力解决。
5.无法处理的投诉要及时上报，确保客人受到关注。
6.建立和维护客人账目并确保准确无误
7.在各种情况下，始终将客人摆在首位，提供最热情，最有效的服务。
岗位要求
1.大专以上学历，有同岗位工作经验二年以上。
2.能用流利的英语从事前厅服务形象气质佳，精通电脑操作，具备较强的英文听说读写能力。
3.仪表端庄，热爱酒店工作，钻研业务，反应敏捷，善于交际具有较好的管理和协调能力，能够很好的发挥其管理、领导和监督的作用。
4.注重细节，工作有责任心，敢于承担责任，执行力较强。
5.有上进心和良好的学习能力和抗压能力。
