- A warm and sincere greeting. Use the guest name, if and when possible

- Anticipation and compliance with guest needs

- Fond farewell. Give them a warm good-bye and use their name, if and when possible

4.Be responsible for the service of all catering food and beverage. Direct all catering service efforts toward guest satisfaction, the achievement/maintenance of division stands, and profit maximization.

SPECIFIC DUTIES 工作任務 :
OPERATIONS运营
Maintain organization of banquet service areas.
维护宴会厅区域的整齐有序。
Support banquet supervisor review menu/service (BEO) with r, banquet chef and event team on a daily basis.
积极与宴会厅主管和宴会厅厨师每天核对菜单和接待通知单。
Coordinate all food requirements with the kitchen, including accurate counts for preparation and plating.
与厨房协调所有有关食品的要求,包括数量和出品方式。
Personally observe the performance of all Banquet service associates.
观察所有员工的工作表现。
Be responsible for the grooming standards and appearance of all Banquet service associates.
负责所有宴会厅员工的仪容仪表。
Insure that all schedule Banquet functions take place on time and according to plan and make last minute change if in need .

Make personal contact with guests an assist them with any requests.

Supervise proper tabulation of all banquet checks and be responsible for insuring that all checks are presented to guest for signature.

Prepare or review a critique made of every function. All problem areas should be noted and either corrected or a proposed solution should be forwarded to the Banquet Operation Manager.

Keep a copies of all BEO’s, along with beverage requisitions.
复印和保存所有BEO单据。
Be responsible for control and maintenance of all service equipment. Write work orders as necessary.

Bring to the attention of the Banquet Operation Manager for all materials and equipment that required re-ordering or need to be replaced.

Benchmark and recommend new products and methods of operation.

14. Assist the follow-up after the maintenance inspection on a weekly basis.
做好每月预防性的维修检查。

Conduct any on-going training of captains and service associates.

Prepare efficient work schedules for all service associates in terms of coverage and adherence to budget guidelines.

Be responsible for the maintenance of discipline and a high level of morale among Banquet service associates.
负责保持一支高水准的员工队伍。
5. Proactive attend conduct a departmental daily “15 Minute” training program & Taste Panel.”
实行部门每天十五分钟的培训。
ADMINISTRATIVE行政
Insure that all guest complaints and requests are handled to the guest’s satisfaction.
确保所有客人的投诉和要求得到满足。
Responsible for reporting all guest and associate accidents immediately to the Banquet Service Manager so that accident reports may be prepared to further assistance may be obtained.

Responsible for maintaining on-going energy conservation and loss prevention programs among service associates.

Attend all function meetings (pre-convention & post-convention if in need).

Complete the other reasonable duties assigned by HRM.
