1. Implements annual sales activity plan
with measurable targets and expense budget to achieve budgeted revenues.
根据预算完成年度销售活动计划达到预算收益。

2. Personally handles and actively
supervises the management of key accounts in each of the hotel’s revenue
contributing market segments.
个人处理及积极监督管理酒店内主要收益市场分区。

3.Where applicable, work closely with the National Sales Office(s) to
assist the team in optimizing revenue generation.
在适宜情况下,与国际部销售人员合作协作团队完成收益最优化。

4.Develops strategies in securing or maintaining a preferred hotel status
for
global accounts and optimizes revenue contribution from HPGA, PGA, DGA, TGA
accounts at property level.
为全球化收益建立确保及保持公司优化利益,同时优化公司部分HPGA, PGA, DGA, TGA的收益。

5. Actively supports and implements group
wide sales initiatives i.e. Advanced Purchase, Bonus Choice, Custom Stay, etc.
积极支持及完成集团化销售方案,例如提前采购,返利销售,定制销售,等。

6. Responsible for a continuous assessment
of pipeline accounts of each Sales Manager to evaluate its viability and
potential.
负责对每一位销售经理的收入途径的生存力及潜力进行持续性评估。

7. Works closely with the Sales Manager to
ensure effective and seamless transfer of “new business to account managed
business”.
与销售经理有效密切合作,并对新业务做到无缝连接的业务管理。

8.Drives cross selling to other Marriott and Resorts.
与其他万豪进行交叉销售。
Attends
trade shows and sales missions as outlined in the Marketing Plan.
参加促销展览及销售计划外的销售任务。

9.Recommends contracted room rate structure including but not limited to
corporate rates, wholesale rates, long stay rates, group rates, etc. ensuring
maximum revenue generation.
提出指导合同房价,包括但不限于公司协议价,大型团队价,长住客合同价,团队价等,确保最大收益率。

10.Through the use of the Marketing Report Suite (MRS), participates in
the development of marketing strategies for specific accounts
or segments.
通过使用市场报告(MRS)参与到发展专向款或部分市场战略策划的发展。

11.Keeps abreast of current and future competitors’ products, pricing, and
sales programs and deploys resources to efficiently optimize RevPAR and
achieve/maintain the leading market position.
掌握当前及未来竞争者的产品,价格及销售计划,并寻找资源完成每间可销售房收入的最优化以达到/维护领导市场占有率。

12.Conducts site inspections.
进行实地考察。

13.Supervises all aspects of familiarization groups including inquiry,
coordination and executive thereof.
监督熟悉组织的各个方面,包括调查,协调和执行。

14.Responsible for post-familiarization group follow up such as sending
thank you letter and for developing potential clients data for future business
opportunities.
对过去已熟悉的团队负责跟进,类似于发送感谢信,为将来的生意发展发展潜在客户资源。

15.Handles leads and inquiries from RSOs, and follows up accordingly with
the events management team.

16.Assists DOSM and DOS to develop, implement and keep current the various
segments of the marketing communications plan relating the sales.

17.Together with the sales team, assists DOS in the preparation of the
marketing communications plan related to sales.

18.Sits in and actively participate in the regular revenue strategy
meetings and implement actions relevant to sales.

19.Directs all sales activities of the sales managers.

20.Actively participate in the Accounts Review meeting chaired by the DOS
and attended by the DOSM and GM and the sales team. Conducts the meeting in the
absence of the DOS.
积极参加销售总监组织,市场销售总监、总经理及销售团队参加的收益回顾会议。在销售总监缺席时,组织会议。

21.Establishes and maintains files of hit list accounts.
建立并维护公司大账户文档。

22.Establishes and ensures that the Marriott Management is adhered to by
all personnel achieving maximum productivity levels.
建立及确认所有人员坚持万豪的管理完成最大的劳动生产率。

23.Ensures compliance of the sales team with SLIM Delphi standards and
integrity of database.
确保销售团队符合SLIM Delphi标准及数据库的完整性。

24.Implements the approved sales incentive program to motivate and drive
sales team to achieve/exceed the revenue aspirations of the hotel.
实现已批准的销售提成计划的激励工作,并领导销售团队完成/超出酒店收益计划。

25.Be familiar with and use the sales & marketing software solutions
i.e. Nexus, Meeting Broker, IdeaS in managing sales accounts and optimize all
revenue opportunities.
熟悉应用市场销售软件的解决方案,例如Nexus, Meeting Broker,销售管理帐户的 Ideas,同时优化所有收益机会。

26.Maintains the highest standards of professionalism and compliance of
established guidelines and standards related to the hotel.
保持专业性最高标准,同时符合酒店相关指导原则及标准要求。

27.Attends training programs as set by the hotel and departments such as
STAR, We Commit, etc.
参加酒店及部门设置的培训计划,例如STAR, We Commit等。

28.Fully complies with the dress code and grooming standards and business
etiquettes as required by the hotel.
完全遵守酒店要求及商务着装的仪容仪表标准要求。

29.To be aware of the hotel hygiene, food and fire safety control and
security standards and procedures in handling complaints or emergency
situation.
处理投诉及紧急情况时,了解酒店卫生,食品,消防及生命安全标准和程序。

30.Be
familiar with and comply with the requirements of ISO 14001 and the hotel’s
management system (EMS).
熟悉了解ISO 14001的要求及酒店的管理系统。

31.Establishes
sales targets together with the DOS, adjusts sales coverage and distribute
accounts in accordance to each sales managers’ strength and potential.
与销售总监建立销售目标,调整销售覆盖率,并根据每一个销售经理的优势潜力分配客户。

32.Establishes
travel schedules and monitor travel expenses to optimize sales productivity.
建立出差计划,监督出差费用,提高效率。

33.Sets
objectives of each sales trips with the sales team, evaluates results and
ensures follow up.
与销售团队确定每次销售任务的目标,评估结果并确保跟进。

34.Builds
positive working relationship with all departments of the hotel; ensures
understanding of sales programs, and the wants, needs and expectations of
customers/guests.
与酒店其他部门建立良好合作关系,确保了解销售计划,客户的需求及期望。

35.Maintains
positive communication with Regional Sales Offices, National Sales Offices,
WRC, other Marriott properties
and SLIM.
