1． Administration 管理工作
 
a.     Help direct all activities of the EBC department to ensure the smooth running of the department.
协助宴会预订部门确保所有活动正常运行。
b.     Motivate and train  sales staff to ensure their best performance
激励销售员工，以确保他们工作的专业性。
c.      Establish and maintain the accounts management system.
建立并维护客户管理系统。
d.     Responsible for the maintenance of the EBC profile database and diary.
负责维护宴会销售人员的数据资料和日常工作记录。
e.      Establish good working relationship within the department and other department.
确保本部门和其他部门保持良好的工作关系。
 
2． Marketing Planning 市场策划
 
a.     Assists in preparation of the Marketing Plan.
协助进行市场策划。
b.     Actively participates in achieving the departmental goals which contribute to the marketing budget.
积极参与并完成本部门的预算。
c.      Responsible for achieving the departmental goals.
负责完成部门销售指标。
 
 
3． Business Development 发展生意
 
a.     Closely monitors accounts revenue and business production for Convention Association meetings, corporate meetings and incentive groups or other market segment as may be assigned.
密切留意客户收入及业务情况，如协会会议、公司会议、奖励团体及其他有潜力的市场。
b.     Feedbacks on market trends and keeps updated with client relationships and overall business goals through close communication with Sales Managers and Director of Sales.
与其他房间销售经理及销售总监保持紧密的沟通，及时反馈市场趋势并保持与客户联系及良好的关系，全面达到销售目标。
 
c.      Maximizes up-selling opportunities whenever possible.
尽最大可能的做向上销售。
d.     Forecasts group room nights and event revenue.
预测团队的房间夜数和宴会收入。
e.      Prepares proposals for convention, corporate meeting, incentive, association meeting groups, social groups or any market segment as may be assigned.
为公司会议、奖励团体、协会会议及社会团体的活动以及其他的市场活动准备提案。
f.       Handles the negotiation process/enquiries for corporate meetings referred by corporate sales and convention/Association meeting/incentives and corporate meeting groups and social groups as required.
根据需要处理公司会议、协会会议及社会团体的业务进程和需求。
g.     Closely communicates with concerns e.g. Room rate, negotiation progress w/the director of EBC.
与负责人密切对房价、谈判进程进行协调，并与宴会预订中心总监保持沟通。
h.      Conducts site inspections for convention, association meeting, corporate meeting and social clients.
带领公司和团队的会议客人参观酒店。
i.        Participates in relationship building visitations when necessary.
必要时参与建立客户的拜访活动。
 
4． Operations 工作运作
 
a.     Ensures effective communication with clients.
确保与客户进行有效沟通。
b.     Be visible to organizers and clients during their event/group dates and checks on satisfaction.
在活动期间，与会议组织者和客人保持联系，调查满意度。
c.      Oversees the operation of the functions and works closely with various departments to ensure quality service is delivered to our clients at all times.
监督所有活动的运作，同各部门保持密切的联系以确保随时能为客人提供高品质的服务。
d.     Maintains close communication with concerned Corporate Sales and Travel and Trade Sales during the process.
与相关的房间销售同事保持密切的沟通。
e.      Follow through from negotiation until contract signed for Conventions, Incentives, Corporate Meeting and Association Meeting Groups referred by Travel and Tours Sales, as well as Corporate Meetings referred by Corporate Sales.
