MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES 责任概要:
Responsible for assisting the Executive Housekeeper in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in the guestrooms and Public Areas on the Floors through effective administration, training and supervision
of associates. 协助行政管家以有效的管理,培训及监督员工来维持客房和公共区域最高标准的清洁质量。

SPECIFIC DUTIES 工作任务:
1. Ensure day-to-day operational efficiency of the section :确保每天的工作在高效的操作流程中进行:
a、Responsible for the cleanliness, orderliness, sanitary conditions and maintenance of all Hotel guestrooms and Public Areas on the Floors, including service areas, linen pantries, service toilets and backstairs cases.对清洁度、条理性、卫生环境以及保持所有客房,楼层公共区域(包括工作间、电梯厅、工作间、工作间卫生间及后通道)等负有重要责任 。
b、 Provide orientation and training of new employees, conduct continuous training and re-training and on-the-job training to subordinates according to approved system and procedures: 根据规定的合理流程对新员工进行工作指导,对员工培训,持续性培训,再培训以及实践培训。
c 、Perform regular inspections of guestrooms and Public Areas on the Floor 执行日常楼层客房和公共区域的检查。
d﹑Maintain guestrooms quality control progress. 确保客房高质量控制。
e Inspect made-up and “turn downed” rooms for quality service daily 每天检查夜床服务的质量。
f、Conduct weekly inspection of Floor pantries hallways. Backstairs, lift lobbies, services areas and ensure that they have gone through general cleaning. 每周定期检查工作间、后楼梯、电梯厅、工作区域、确保这些区域的清洁。
g、Check subordinates work frequently to make sure best performances are maintained 定期检查员工的工作,以便维持员工们最好的工作状态。
h、 Check all late departure rooms 检查延迟退房的房间。
i、 Initiate and schedule special cleaning in areas of responsibilities: 计划安排特殊区域的清洁。
·Supervise spring-cleaning/ general cleaning and MRT cleaning program. 督促计划大清洁和大修房的安排。
·Check spring cleaning schedule of Floor Supervisors regularly. 有计划的检查楼层主管的大清洁计划。
·Monitor closely Carpet Attendants schedule and performance. 密切注意并负责地毯清洁的员工的工作进程及表现。
·Keep records of monthly, quarterly of all cleaning programs. 保存所有月度和季度清洁计划的记录。
j、Closely monitor progress of maintenance work orders 密切检查维护工作的进行。
k、Plan and schedules duty roster of subordinates 计划安排员工的排班表。
