MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES 責任概要 :
Assists and manages the development, co-ordination and execution of all communications activities with a strong emphasis on F&B. Under the general guidance and supervision of the DOM and within the limits of established hotel policies and procedures, promotes and maintains good communications in order to enhance the prestigious image of the hotel and by doing so contributes to the F&B revenues of the hotel.

SPECIFIC DUTIES 工作任務 :
1. Assists and supports the co-ordination of photography for F&B advertising, collateral and public relations purposes between the hotel, advertising agency and the marketing department at corporate office.

2. Helps with the publication of hotel’s newsletter(s).

3. Assists in developing F&B promotional materials in support of the F&B MarketingCalendar and dining programmers

4. Ensures the Hotel’s website and related websites are updated on a regular basis.

1. Assists and supervises the maintenance of a comprehensive list of International/ local and F&B media contacts. Manages assigned accounts as per the media account management system.

2. Assists in the writing and distribution of all press releases, with an emphasis on F&B.

Advertising, Direct & Electronic Marketing

1. Supports the liaison between the communications department and advertising agency on the food & beverage tactical advertising campaigns' creative and media plans.

1. Manages the coordination and execution of all Hotel and F&B printed materials.

3. Ensures copies of hotel's collateral items are filed in a comprehensive manner.
