General Mission 职责概述

Provides
warm and natural services and handles all guest services activities in the
Telephone Department in accordance with objectives, performance and quality
standard established by Sofitel Nanjing. Ensures & maintains a good communication with customers.

提供让客人感到温暖和自然的服务，并且处理所有客人通过总机所要求的服务，为南京索菲特大酒店建立并实施良好的质量标准。确保和维护酒店与客人之间的良好关系。

1.Interact with guest at all opportunities, play a customer contact role.

利用所有机会与客人交流，充当客人联系者的角色。
2.Anticipates the needs of the guests and meets their needs as much as possible.

预见客人的需求并尽最大可能满足客人的需要。3. Handles all incoming and outgoing telephone calls with courtesy and efficiently in a warm and natural manner. 礼貌并有效的以热情和自然的方式接听各种内部和外部的电话。

4.Ensures all call is transferred to the correct guest. 确保所有的电话都能够转接到正确的客人。5.Accurately records all request for wake-up calls and ensures they are handled correctly

正确的记录所有叫早服务，确保做到准确无误。

6.Personalized wake-up call must be rendered for VIP guests & other special guests. 对于酒店所有VIP客人和特殊需求的客人提供个性化的叫早服务。7.Completely familiarized with the telephone console. 要对电话控制台完全掌握。8.Receptive to guest complaint, analyze within the limitation set, make correct and quick decision to ensure total guest satisfaction whilst also protecting the hotel property and revenue. 接受客人投诉分析，并在权限范围内能够迅速的正确的做出决定以确保全体客人时刻满意，同时保证酒店的财产和收入。
