1. Develop an overall digital and e-commerce direction to help drive revenue related to catering, wedding banquets, etc., and develop strategies and action plans to achieve online business goals.

2. Ensure that the hotel's e-commerce strategy is effectively implemented on online platforms

3. Summarize weekly channel revenue reports and other supporting documents, including but not limited to Dianping, Meituan, and Zhiketong.
汇总每周渠道收益报告和其它支持文件,包括不仅限于大众点评、美团、直客通。
4. Expanding new online business opportunities for hotel catering and wedding banquets through third-party channels
在第三方渠道拓展酒店餐饮和婚宴新的线上生意机会。
5. Monitor competitors and market dynamics to analyze trends and opportunities to increase the potential of hotel online business
监督竟对酒店及市场动态分析趋势和机会以增加酒店在线生意潜力。
6. Develop multi-channel publicity channels, such as Xiaohongshu, Tiktok, etc
开拓多渠道宣传途径，例如小红书、抖音等。
7. Develop, implement, and supervise strategic activities on hotel social media platforms to drive business, and collaborate with marketing communication managers/social media third parties to expand advertising information
开发,实施和监督酒店社交媒体平台上的策略活动来驱动业务，和市场传讯经理/社交媒体第三方一起拓展广告信息。
8. Establish good and positive working relationships with all departments of the hotel to ensure that they understand the concept of digital marketing.

9. Ensure timely follow-up and strive for a strategic partnership between the media and the hotel, in order to drive guest satisfaction goals

Required Qualifications 任职要求:
1. More than 2 years of experience in digital marketing or marketing media
2年以上数字营销经验或市场传媒经验。
2. Good communication skills, able to effectively communicate between departments and management staff
良好的沟通能力，能做好各部门和管理层员工之间的有效沟通。
3. Strong observation and adaptability, excellent interpersonal and coordination skills, and strong social activity abilities
较强的观察和应变能力，优秀的人际交往和协调能力，较强的社会活动能力。
4. Understand e-commerce, mass communication, graphic creativity, and innovative writing and editing skills
了解电子商务，大众传播，平面创意和具有创新性的写作与编辑能力。
5. Proficient in using various video editing software.
能够熟练运用各类视频剪辑软件。
6. Positive and proactive personality, conscientious and responsible work
个性积极主动，工作认真负责。
