Job Discription 岗位职责
1.In charge of the whole department working,conduct and manage daily operation.
主持康体部工作；实施各经营项目；提供经营与日常管理的方案。2.Daily inspect each postion and all equipments to make sure operation.
巡视各营业网点和各种设备，确保营业的正常进行。3.Train heartists all time and make out related management system to make sure service.
对员工进行培训，并制定相关管理规范，保证服务质量。
4.Deal with guest complains to keep relations between hotel and guests
处理重大宾客投诉，尽量满足宾客要求，维护酒店利益。
5.Be Respponsible for revenue and try best to expand more members
对康乐中心会员收入完成负责，并努力拓展会员
