职位描述

1.Accept the hotel booking needs of online and offline guests and properly handle them.
接受线上、线下客户对酒店的预定需求，并予以妥善处理。
2.Answer guests' inquiries about hotel and other product information, answer them and make relevant records.
接听客户对酒店等产品信息的咨询电话，予以解答并作好相关记录。
3.Be familiar with room booking procedures, offer lastest and accurate information.
熟悉处理房间预定程序，给宾客提供最新和最准确的客房信息。
4.Ensure a high level of product knowledge is manintained in order to explain services and facilities to guests are required.
保证充分了解酒店产品知识向客人介绍产品和服务。
5.Prepare and execute action plans which increase resveration sales ans associated business.
准备和执行增加预定销售和相关业务的工作计划。
