1.Provide courteous and professional service to all hotel guests and assist VIP guests to check in and check out.
提供礼貌专业的酒店礼宾服务，协助重要客人入离店。
2.Manage all baggages to ensure all are labeled and securely stored at the locations.
管理宾客行李，确保所有的行李有完整的行李标签并且安全存放在合适的位置。
3.Ensure the opertaional procedures and standards are in accordance with hotel's standard and operation needs.
确保礼宾部操作程序符合酒店准和运营需求。
4.Manage outgoing guest mail,courier services,postage of parcels and freighting as directed by guests.
根据客人要求，对客人快递和信件及货运进行管理。
5.Ensure that all facilities and equipment in the work area are in good working condition.
确保工作区域内的所有设施设备处于良好工作状态。
6.Learn to use the Opera system.
学习使用Opera系统。
