1.Takes orders, promotes outlet’s specials and serves in accordance to the established standard.
负责下订单，推销部门特色菜，按照既定的标准服务客人。
2.Carry out pre-service duties and mis-en-place.

3. Ensure grooming and general appearance of talent conforms to Hotel standards.
确保仪容仪表符合酒店标准。
4.Ensure adequate supplies of materials, and requisition for general supplies.

5.Ensure all fixtures and operating equipment is in good working condition.
确保所有的设施和操作设备处于良好的工作状态。
6.Takes every opportunity to be a “sales person” and promote special events, promotions and facilities.
抓住一切机会成为一名“销售人员”，推广特殊活动、促销活动和设施。
7. Reports records of Sales, guest complaints, solutions and all concerns pertaining to personnel or equipment to Superiors.
向上级报告的销售记录，客人投拆、解决办法及所涉及的人员或设备。
