岗位职责

Be responsible for the maintenance/upgrade of sanitation and hygiene standards

维护、监督和改善食品和公共环境环境卫生标准

Be responsible for effective and efficient maintenance of records related to the hotel’s sanitation and hygiene efforts/program.

负责管理及维护与有关酒店环境及食品卫生工作/项目的记录

To carry out independent intermittent, swabs of work surfaces, kitchen equipment, knives slicing machines and chopping boards and communicate results.

执行独立测试：工作台的棉签测试，厨房设施，切片机和剁肉板并交流结果。

To monitor that desired refrigeration, cold room and ambient temperatures are maintained in all work areas.

监督所有工作区域的理想制冷，冷藏室和周围温度保持恒定。

To monitor on a regular basis the loading/receiving bay sanitation condition, the condition of the supplier’s food transportation vehicles and carry out intermittent spot checks on the sanitation levels of fresh and frozen goods delivered.

To conduct regular FSS Training to all food handlers.

In coordination with the medical personnel, is responsible for scheduling the regular check-up of all personnel involved in food service to be always healthy.

Continually liaises with external agencies (laboratory, government bureau, health practitioners, etc.) on sanitary matters.
