· To be fully aware of VIP guest’s arrivals and departure time, with a strong communication with Chief Butler, to have a perfect understanding of the guest history and preference.

· To provide the most updated and accurate information to guest.

· Maintain a very good reputation for the Hotel and assist to increase the overall profitability of the Hotel.

· To promote the all hotel products e.g F&B, Spa...etc
