1.Responsible for welcoming of guests and escorting them to their Rooms where necessary, in a professional friendly and genuine manner.

2.Responsible for the timely and careful delivery and collection of guest luggage and belongings to and from Guest Rooms, cars and Concierge.

3.To ensure guest luggage and belongings are stored in a secure, methodical way at all times.

4.To ensure that all guest queries, inquiries and requests are attended to in a helpful, professional yet warm and friendly manner.

5.Service oriented with an eye for details

6.Flexible and able to embrace and respond to change effectively

7.Ability to work independently and has good initiative under dynamic environment
