Job Purpose

岗位目标

Director of Security for always make sure that the hotel in a safe condition. The Director of Security is required at all times to set a high example in regarding to punctuality, appearance, courtesy, performance, attitude, leadership, guest relations, staff relations, observance of Hotel Rule, loyalty to Management and

interdepartmental co-operation. To ensure that Senior Security Officer & all Security Personnel can understand about their duties & responsibilities properly. Have good acknowledge of handling the all security operating equipment and to maintain the equipment discipline at all times.

安全总监要求始终确保酒店处于安全的状态。处于一个高的要求标准、外观、礼貌、

性能、态度、领导、客户关系、员工关系、遵守酒店规则,以及酒店各个部门的合作。

确保安全员和所有安全人员可以理解他们的职责和责任。在任何时候都要有良好的处

理所有安全操作设备和维护设备的职责。

Main Complexity/Critical issues in the Job

1.Direct and co-ordinate overall activities of the Security Department. Guarantee the safety of all the guests, and hotel property.

组织并协调保安部的各项活动，目标为确保所有酒店客人和员工的生命、财产以及酒店财产的安全。

2.Be responsible for the entire operation, staff and equipment of the Security Department.

对整个保安部运作、员工及装备负有责任。

3.Delegate to, supervise all the section manager within the Department, and assist them in preparing work schedules.

委派并监督本部门内所有管理人员，同时帮助他们制定工作计划。

4.Conform to and enforce policies, procedures, rules and regulations as laid down by ACCOR and the Hotel in order to achieve the highest levels of uniformity and guest services.

遵守并执行由集团或饭店制定的各项规章制度，从而达到统一及服务的最高水平。

5.Performs special duties as required by General Manager and Assistant of the Administration Manager..

完成总经理、行政经理助理交与的其它任务。

Knowledge and Experience

知识与经验

1.Oral & writing fluency in English and local language

流利中英文口语及书写。

2.3 or 5 years of extensive hotel security managing experience.

三至五年相关酒店安全管理经验。

3.Should have at least 10 years experience sercirty and fire control field.

应至少具有十年的有关保安防火领域的工作经验。

1.Possess knowledge of the requirements of government regulations and technical rules.

2.To be capable of following specifications for hotel services.
