· Ensure cleanliness of guest rooms, guest room balconies, guest corridors, linen rooms and housekeepManage and supervise all tasks of his/her staff

管理和监督客房服务员的各项工作。

· Ensure pantries according to set standards and procedures

确保所有客用区域根据正确的标准和程序进行清洁。

· Ensure that guest supplies are replenished

确保客用品是充足整齐的。

· Ensure guests’ requests are promptly and courteously met

确保客人的要求及时有礼貌的满足

· Report damage or malfunction in hotel rooms using P.M.S system

使用PMS系统报告酒店房间内设施设备的损坏或故障。

· Maintain a section floor report

保持和所负责楼层服务员的联系。

· Conduct daily briefings with staff at floor level

每天为所负责楼层的服务员开班前会。

· Conduct regular room checklists

按照规定对房间进行检查并记录。

· Report unusual behavior/activities on floors to Assistant Housekeeping Manager

发现可疑的人或事件立刻向楼层经理报告。

· Record room status in allocated section accurately

准确的记录所负责楼层的房态。

· Comply with hotel’s health, safety and hygiene policies

在健康，安全，仪表仪容方面达到酒店标准。

· Attend meetings and training sessions as required

按照酒店和部门的规定参加会议和培训。

· Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of employees
