RESPONSIBILITIES 岗位职责
- Assist to manage the planning and delivery of orientation / grooming / first aid/ language training programs.
协助计划及实施入职培训计划、化妆培训、急救培训及语言等必要培训；
- Maintain up-to-date Talents’ training records.
保存最新人才培训记录；
- Maintain hotel training records for legislative on a regular basis.
确保酒店培训记录日常化，规范化；
- Manage & maintain training Facilities & Equipment, as well as the related training materials.
管理并维护培训设施设备，包括培训资料；
- Conduct training programs which are certified by L&D Manager.
经学习与发展经理认可，主持部分培训课程；
- Assist to conduct communication meetings and trainings regularly for hotel training team.
协助开展酒店培训团队定期沟通及培训。
- Check Dept. On Job Training and provide feedback;
检查部门在岗培训并提供反馈。
EXPERIENCE 工作经验
- Minimum 1 year of experience in L&D department in hotel.
至少1年酒店学习与发展部工作经验
