Primary Responsibilities 主要职责
· To set up work schedule according to the request and suggestion from Marketing Communications.
从市场营销的建议和需要来安排工作时间表。
· Coordinates with other departments on the exact requirements for promotional and operational materials.
与其他部门相互协调，遵循宣传业务的具体要求。
· Be certain that all designs are done according to the corporate guidelines and standards.

· Assists with displaying promotional materials.
协助广告的宣传展示。
· Assists in coordinating with suppliers on the exact requirements including colors, type of paper and materials.
协助协调与供应商的具体要求，包括颜色，纸张的类型和材料。
· Assists Marketing Communications in ensuring that all printed materials are up to the hotel requirements and are in high standards. Be responsible for the color proofing of all printings.
