Primary Responsibilities 主要职责

· Assist Chef De Cuisine/Sous Chef in the daily operation to produce high quality products to their best knowledge. Train talents on food production, ACCOR Brand standards, regulations, policies and procedures.
协助厨房厨师长/副厨师长管理日常工作，使人才能运用他们的知识生产出高质量的产品。向人才培训食品制造，雅高标准，规章制度，贯彻酒店政策程序。
· Provides direction to the Kitchen Talents, including Commis, Cooks, Kitchen Attendants and Stewards.
对于任何厨房人才都能给予指导，包括主管、厨师、厨工和管事部人才。
· Communicates to his/her superior any difficulties, guest or internal customer comment and other relevant information.
及时向上级反映工作中所遇到问题,客人和人才意见以及其他相关信息。
· Establishes and maintains effective talent working relationships.
建立和维护有效的人才工作关系。
· Attends and participates in daily briefings and other meetings as scheduled.
出席和参与每日的例会和其他会议。
· Understand dietary requirements and offer appropriate suggestions.
了解健康食品的要求，并可以给出适当的建议
· Take personal responsibility for the service experience of all guests in your designated area.
服务时对所有客人尽职责。
REQUIREMENTS 职位要求
· 3 year working experience, preferably in hotel industry
具有3年的工作经验，有在酒店工作经验的优先
· Food and Beverage culinary management experience with demonstrated leadership
餐饮管理经验和优良的领导力
