Primary Responsibilities主要职责

· Responsible for ADD Kitchen Asian Food product.

负责西厨房亚档菜式出品。

· Check the place and make sure is according to forecasted level of business, fresh, portioned and correctly stored according to HACCP guidelines.

检查所有食物，确保其达到预计的水准，新鲜，分盘，根据HACCP的指示正确储存。

· Food cooked in lives stations in front of the guests or for special a la carte is cooked perfectly, hot and in the stipulated time.

· Make sure production charts are closely followed and adhered to.

严格按照生产操作流程制作食品。

· Make sure all food is prepared according to recipes prepared by the department head.

REQUIREMENTS 职位要求

· Diploma from a recognized institute or specific trained for a specific task

持有由认证机构颁发的文凭或经过专业培训者优先考虑

· 3 year working experience, preferably in hotel industry

具有3年的工作经验，有在酒店工作经验的优先。

· Extensive knowledge of food handling and sanitation standards

具有全面的食品加工及卫生标准知识

· Knowledge of MS office software

能操作微软办公软件
