· Follow company and department safetyand security policies and procedures to provide a clean and safe environment.

按照公司和部门的安全规章制度来给顾客提供一个干净整洁而又安全的游玩环境

· Maintain awareness of suspiciousactivity on property premises and report any suspicious activity to manager.

对可疑活动保持警惕并报告给经理

· Report work related accidents, orother injuries immediately upon occurrence to manager.

对发生的事故及时的报告给经理

· Follow property specific proceduresfor handling emergency situations

根据酒店的程序应对紧急情况

· Identify any unsafe work proceduresor conditions and/or report them to management/ Loss Prevention personnel.

鉴别出工作中危险的工作程序或情况并报告给经理或保安部人员

· Complete appropriate safety trainingand certifications to perform work tasks.

完成相应的培训和得到资格证书

· To raise and follow up all maintenance requests within Fitness department, keep effective and constantly communications with engineer department and report to Fitness Manager

负责下康乐所有维修单，保持高效的，不断的与工程部联系，并报告经理

· Assist guest with problems, complaints, request and follow ups.

协住解决客人问题，投诉，要求并跟进
