1. To repair and maintain air-condition & refrigeration
equipment according to the maintenance procedure and operation procedure.严格按照操作规程及保养规程，负责空调及制冷设备的安全运行、日常维护、小故障排除和当班异常现象的处理。操作技术要求精益求精。
2. Study professional knowledge, knows equipment
function and how to operate air-condition & refrigeration equipment. Fulfill assigned task properly.刻苦钻研业务技术知识，熟练掌握各种空调及制冷设备的性能及实际操作维修技能。保证准确、及时地完成指定的任务。
3. Assist to work out
yearly/monthly preventive maintenance schedule.配合制定制冷设备设施的年度、月度的预防性维修保养计划，提出自己的建议并保证计划按规定的要求和规范按时完成。
4. Check hotel equipment regularly and take record.
坚持巡检制度，有计划地对各种设备运行情况进行认真检查，掌握该系统及其设备的运行状况，做好巡检记录。
5. To do preventive maintenance for refrigeration
equipment according to the schedule. Take action immediately if any malfunction
was found.定期做好各种运行设备的维修保养工作。对巡检中发现的问题要立即抢修，清除隐患，确保维修质量。
