1. Ensure the normal operation of heating system and related equipment.

4. To ensure the boiler operate safety.
负责给排水系统、厨房、洗衣、消防给水设备的日常维护检修大修工作。
5. To ensure different equipment’s natural gas pressure, and control the boiler water temperature at 70℃--80℃, water rigidity at 〈0.03mg/ L.
保证不同设备合适的供汽压力，保证进入锅炉的水温度控制在70°C--80°C，供水硬度〈0.03mg/ L。
6. To control the hot water temperature at 55℃±5℃.
控制酒店热水温度为55℃±5℃。
7. To guarantee the gas pressure in normal mode, the valve doesn’t leak.
保证液化气压力正常，管道阀门不泄漏。
8. Understand emergency procedures, health & safety requirements.
了解应急程序，安全与健康要求。
9. To accept and obey the work distributes and seriously do it in time.
认真、及时地完成上级布置的各项工作。
