To ensure that effective web marketing and communication strategies are implemented targeting on-line users through a range of third party internet suppliers, search engines and social networking media. These activities aim to improve the hotel’s online profile, generate new business and enhance existing customer databases in order to create revenue opportunities

1. 确保网络市场营销战略能够有效的针对通过第三方运营商、搜索引擎及社交媒体获取在线资讯的客户。此项工作的目的在于提升酒店的线上影响力，获取新的客源以达到利润最大化。

Develops an annual communications/media plan with specific goals and budgets as outlined in the hotel's business plan. Ensure the department team are fully briefed on goals and progress.

2.在与酒店经营规划一致的指导方向下，制定目标，预算及计划全年媒体推广计划。与此同时保证团队对目标及计划有详细了解。

Compares actual achievements against goals on a regular basis and takes corrective action.

3.在既定的时期内，对比实际的进展与设定目标的不同并及时采取正确的措施。

Participates in monthly forecasting of the department's marketing expenses, i.e. advertising, printing, gifts, entertainment, etc.

4.执行计划市场部的每月费用预算，如广告，印刷，礼品，宴请的费用

Ensures the department has a comprehensive master digital library for all advertising, collateral and public relations activities, and regularly update the image library accordingly.

5.确保本部门持有综合有力全面的数字图片库以用于广告，宣传品及公共活动并及时更新图片。

Ensures and monitors all publishs are on time, updated, correctly and kept up to hotel national brand standards. Including press releases, posters, collacters and on-line information, ect.

6.确保并监管所有公众发布内容均及时、最新、准确，符合酒店品牌标准。包括新闻通稿、海报、印刷品及网络渠道信息等。

Acts as official spokesperson for the hotel when appropriate and responds to all media requests within 24 hours.

7.作为酒店的正式发言人适时合适的在24小时内回复媒体的要求。
