岗位职责
1. According to the hotel human resource planning, formulate the recruitment strategy and recruitment plan of the relevant departments;
根据酒店人力资源规划制定相关部门的招聘策略、招聘计划;
2. Responsible for human resources market analysis in related fields, effectively manage and optimize recruitment channels;
负责相关领域的人力资源市场分析,有效管理及优化招聘渠道;
3. Responsible for the specific recruitment work of relevant departments, including talent search, interview, employment, etc.;
负责相关部门的具体招聘工作,包括人才寻访、面试、录用等;
4. Participate in the construction of recruitment system and related optimization and innovation projects.
参与招聘体系建设及相关的优化、创新项目。
岗位要求1, 3 or above education, more than 2 years of human resources work experience in large enterprises, including at least 1 year of recruitment work experience;
3以上学历,2年以上大型企业人力资源工作经验,其中招聘工作经验至少1年以上;
2. Familiar with recruitment business process and various recruitment channels;
熟悉招聘业务流程以及各种招聘渠道;
3. Proficiency in two or more talent assessment or interview skills;
熟练掌握两种以上人才测评或面试技巧;
4. Quick thinking, full of passion for work, strong communication skills and pressure resistance.
