1.
Represent management in the importantarea of relations with the guest. Beprimarily responsible to take care of hotel guestrequirement and handle effectively their complaints
代表管理层在酒店重要区域同客人进行联系。对酒店客人的请求做出第一回应,高效处理客人投诉,作为酒店的首要接待者,亲自欢迎客人,并为其提供帮助和服务,包括客人应得到的特别关照。2.
To handle matters related with proper billing and investigate any guestcomplaints.
处理账单相关的事务,调查任何客人投诉。3.
Responds to guest needs and resolves any issues that may arise.
回应客人需求,并解决所发生的任何问题。4.
Supervises, directs and supports Reception, Concierge, Guest Relations andExecutive floor during peak periods.
在酒店生意高峰期时,管理、指导和支持前台接待、礼宾部、宾客关系和行政楼层。5.
Assists Guest Relations in greeting, rooming, and sending off VIP guests.
在重要客人的问候、入住和送别时,协助宾客关系工作。6.
To keep a good relation with long staying guest &repeat guest& tenant, to satisfied guest and gain guests loyalty.
同长住客人、常客和租客保持良好的关系,满足客人需求,获得客人对酒店的忠诚。7.
To make periodicguest room and public area inspection so as to be thoroughly knowledgeable oftheir location and to check their standard of appearance and cleanliness.
定期检查对客房和公共区域,彻底了解酒店各设施的位置,并检查它们的外观和清洁是否达到标准8.
To be involved in the Front Desk operations such as Front Office Cashierprocedures, C/I&C/O, room status andavailability of rooms.
关注前台的运作,例如前台收银程序,入住和退房手续,房态和客房可用情况9.
Be familiar with hotel current occupancyand room availability, to control hotel roomstatus while full house and turn away the reserved guest when hotel is fully occupied
熟知酒店当前的入住率和房间可用情况,满房时控制房态,并在酒店客满时避开客人预订10.
To perform of any other duty as directed by his/herdirect superior, the management of the Hotel or company policy
