Responsible for external relations and formalities related of fire, security, safety, health and welfare of the hotel / dormitory.

负责有关酒店及宿舍消防、治安、安全、健康和利益的对外联系和手续。

Handle any internal incident/accident involving external party (i.e.s).

负责处理发生在酒店内部、与外部人员有关的事件/事故。

Coordinate with hotel management to obtain, renew, maintain, change any certificates, licenses, authorizations related to fire, security, safety, health and welfare of the hotel.

与酒店管理层密切配合，作好有关酒店的消防、治安、健康、利益的许可证、执照、批文的办理、更新、维护和更改等工作。

Attend necessary and regular external meetings/gatherings in order to enlarge relationships with local/governmental authorities and to stay updated on the new trends, regulations laws related to fire, security, safety, health and welfare of the hotel/dormitory.

参加必要的、常规的会议和集会，以加强与当地、政府部门的联系、了解有关酒店、宿舍的消防、治安、健康、利益的新动态、政策动态、法律条文。

Gather and collect intelligence information concerning the security and / or safety of the hotel/dormitory, its guests, visitors, associates.

搜集整理有关酒店、酒店客人、酒店来访者、酒店职员的治安和安全的情报消息。

Regularly liaise with various Department Heads the objective being directed towards the safe, secure, efficient and harmonious operation of the hotel/dormitory and its outlets in coordination with the function of the Security Department.

随时就酒店及其外卖点和宿舍的安全、稳定、有效而和睦地营运，与各部门头脑联系，正确意见，并协调保卫部门的功能。
