Essential Duties and Responsibilities – (Key Activities of the role)

主要职责(职务的主要工作)

Ÿ To create and maintain a high standard of service in the Club InterContinental and provide courteous & professional service for our Club Intercontinental Floor guests.

建立和保持洲际俱乐部楼层高标准的服务质量, 向洲际俱乐部楼层的客人展现礼貌专业的服务精神。

Ÿ Responsible for the day-to-day operation in the Club Lounge.

负责洲际酒廊的日常工作。

Ÿ Assigning of suitable room type according to the booking requirement and request.

根据预订要求安排合适的房间给客人。

Ÿ To check and make sure all rooms are in superior condition and amenities are set-up before selling.

检查所有房间, 确保物品设置完好房间状况良好。

Ÿ Assist and provide services in the Business Centre of Club InterContinental whenever guests require in an utmost and helpful manner.

以友善乐于助人的态度协助提供洲际俱乐部楼层商务服务。

Ÿ Explain to guest the charges according to the price set-out for the equipment and services.

根据设施设备和相关服务定价向客人作出解释。

Ÿ Scheduling of staff duty roster for Club Intercontinental Floor personnel.

安排洲际俱乐部楼层员工排班。

Ÿ Maintain smooth relationship between management and guests. Resolve problems arising from guests’ complaints and esquires immediately.

保持管理层与客人之间的良好关系, 迅速解决客人投诉。

Ÿ Handle complaints which result in both the satisfaction of guest and protecting of the hotel image.

解决客人投诉, 使客人满意, 同时维护酒店形象。

Ÿ Show the guests the action being taken regarding their requests and complains.

根据客人的要求和投诉, 采取行动, 并展示给客人。

Ÿ When handle guests’ complaints, always makes the guests feel “ We Do Care”.

当解决投诉时, 时刻注意让客人感到我们的关注。

Ÿ Ensure smooth and efficient Food & Beverage service in the Club InterContinental.

确保给行政酒廊的客人提供高效熟练的餐饮服务。

Ÿ Keep regular communication with kitchen to ensure quality of food and beverages.

与厨房保持沟通以确保餐食质量。

Ÿ Upon reporting for work, check on the day’s expected arrivals to ascertain if there are requests for amenities.

班前检查当天预期抵达报表, 确认是否需要给客人安排客房赠品。

Ÿ Ensure amenities delivery on time

确保任何物品及时送到。

§ Responsible for room inspection.

负责为客人介绍房间设施。

Ÿ All VIP reservations to be followed-up with complimentary orders for fruits or flowers.

所有的贵宾预订均需提前准备免费的水果鲜花。

Ÿ Ensure that copies are distributed immediately and fruits or flowers are in the room before guests’ arrival.

确保水果鲜花赠品单立即下发, 赠品在客人抵达前已经摆入房间。

 

Ÿ Meet VIPs and regular guests. Welcome the clients as possible upon check-in. Ensure GRO or Club staff on duty does so her behalf when she cannot.

欢迎贵宾和酒店常客, 尽可能的在客人入住时迎接他们,自己不在时确保宾客关系主任或者洲际俱乐部\员工代为迎接。

Ÿ Have their registration card and room key and hand before the expected arrival.

客人抵达前准备好钥匙和房卡。

Ÿ Welcome guest upon arrival, explain and introduce our Club Intercontinental benefits.

客人抵达时欢迎客人, 并介绍洲际俱乐部楼层优惠。

Ÿ Inspect rooms assigned to VIPs and inform Housekeeping Department of any need for repairs, cleaning etc. Ensure complimentary orders from management are placed as ordered.

检查贵宾预留的房间, 发现问题及时通知客人房部进行维修和清洁, 确保赠品到位。

Ÿ Ensure that all complimentary items are in the room one hour before the guests’ arrival.

确保赠品在客人抵达前一小时摆入房间。

Ÿ Authorize rate/room change, paid outs, rebates and credit requests involved with the guests.

授权批准客人的换房/换价,提现, 折扣和信贷要求。

§ Limit paid-outs to hotel guests only according to policy.

根据酒店规定有限制的现金退款给住店客。

Ÿ Prepare reports on accidents to guests to damage to persons and properties within the Club Intercontinental Floors and lounge.

对发生在洲际俱乐部楼层或酒廊的事故要做事故报告。

Ÿ Organizing and attending the Guest Cocktail Party and activities for Club Intercontinental Floor guests.

组织洲际俱乐部楼层的客人参加酒店定期举办的鸡尾酒会。

Ÿ Follow the instruction of the Emergency Procedure whenever applicable.

熟知酒店应急程序。

Ÿ During a fire, or emergencies related to death, robbery, bomb threat, etc. apply the Hotel’s emergency procedure as laid down by the management.

当发生死亡,抢劫,爆炸,诈骗等等情况时, 根据酒店应急程序做出相应反应。

· Perform other duties as maybe assigned by superiors.

完成上级布置的其他工作。                       

Required Skills

技能要求

· Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.

拥有在与他人交往时大多数时间所使用的沟通技能;完全代表酒店,品牌和公司与顾客,员工和第三方交往的能力。

· Good writing skills

具有良好写作技能

· Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Front Office System

         熟练使用微软办公软件和前台系统

· Problem solving and organizational abilities

       具有解决问题和组织能力

 

Qualifications

学历

· Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent

具有酒店行政管理,酒店管理或相关的学士学位或大专水平。

 

经验

· 4 years of guest service / hotel experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
