Chief Concierge
首席礼宾司

To lead the Concierge team and drive the core differences of the W brand throughout the Concierge department. Driving the Whatever/Whenever service philosophy, constantly seeking out ways to WOW our guests while maintaining the service standards of the hotel. The Chief Concierge should be positioned in public areas and act as a primary contact person for providing guest information, answering questions and enquiries and making arrangements for dining, entertainment, tours, transportation requirements and all other services that are provided by the hotel. Finally he is responsible for keeping accurate records of all arrangements made and reporting back on the operations of the section.
