Whatever/Whenever Coach(Supervisor)

Responsible for the department operations including but not limited to answering hotel incoming calls, handling guest requests and complaints, handling in room dining requests and providing wake-up calls. Oversee the work of the Whatever Whenever Agents ensuring that they are consistently delivering a high level of service and using the tools and techniques of the hotel set out in the department HID’s. Reviewing current operations and bring any issues to the attention of the Assistant Whatever Whenever Manager.
负责部门的日常工作，包括但不仅限于接听来电，处理客人要求和投诉，提供客房点餐相关服务和叫醒服务。管理随时/随需专员的工作并保证使用部门的标准程序，通过电话为客人提供高质量的服务。回顾检验现有操作，如有需要或遇到问题及时汇报给随时/随需助理经理。

Responsible for the department operations including but not limited to answering hotel incoming calls, handling guest requests and complaints, handling in room dining requests and providing wake-up calls. Ensure that all calls are consistently delivering a high level of service and using the tools and techniques of the hotel set out in the department HID’s. Manage on going operations and bring any issues to the attention of the Assistant Whatever/Whenever Manager or Team Leaders.
负责部门的日常工作，包括但不仅限于接听来电，处理客人要求和投诉，提供客房点餐相关服务和叫醒服务。保证使用部门的标准程序，通过电话为客人提供高质量的服务。处理日常操作，如有需要或遇到问题及时汇报给随时/随需助理经理或督导。
