职位描述

1.   Ensure provision of Housekeeping services: 

      准备客房部的服务

a. Assistant the Director of Services in interviewing applicants and recommend appropriate personnel to the Director of Services for employment. Ensure that only qualified staffs are hired in the department.

协助服务总监面试前未应聘的员工,确保录用高质量的员工。

b. Supervise and check daily staffing schedule and work assignments prepared by the Assistant Housekeeper. Ensure all areas are properly manned.

管理和检查每天副经理准备的人员安排和工作安排,确保每个区域有足够人手

c. Check work and vacation schedules do not fall short when hotel is expecting high occupancy.

检查工作和休假计划,确保酒店在高科方律时不要缺少人手

d. Foster better coordination and harmonious effective communication in the housekeeping department with other department.

和别的部门之间保持良好的沟通和协调

 

2. Ensure assigned areas are clean and maintained up to hotel’s standards:

保证被分配的区域干净和达到酒店的标准

 

a. Conduct regular inspections of all areas of the hotel for security, cleanliness and maintenance purpose. Note down observations from those areas regarding cleaning procedures, repair orders and maintenance defects. Do necessary follow up and initiate appropriate action immediately.

实施日常的酒店检查、清洁、安全、和维护,并且记录不足之处,填写维修单,做好跟进工作并立刻行动

b. Spot check “turn down” services of VIP guests who arrival during the day especially Marriott international guests.  

抽查当天到的贵宾的晚床

c. Ensure that all rooms are in perfect condition at all times in terms of cleanliness, orderliness, condition and Brand Standard.

确保所有的客房在任何时间的清洁都有条理的进行

d. Coordinate with Front Office regarding the rooms availability and rooms which should be taken out of order for repair and maintenance, as well as general cleaning.

和前台协调好可售出的房间及封闭大修房及大清洁的房间

e. Monitor public areas and guestrooms floors of the hotel and ensure they are spic and sanitary condition throughout the year. Ensure Assistant Housekeepers follow the general cleaning procedures in their own respective areas by consistently checking their records monthly.

关注公共区域和客人房间在全年都保持在良好的状态,确保副经理贯彻大清洁的程序,并且检查月纪录。

    

Support the Assistant Housekeeper in checking allocated VIP and P6 rooms and ensure that they are clean and in order. Inspection must be done after floor supervisors have inspected the rooms.

协助副经理检查当天到的贵宾房间,并且确保房间是干净整洁并是领班检查过的

f. Check at least 15 guestrooms daily (occupied and/or IS rooms) and make the necessary documentation for each room check.

每天检查15间房间,并且做好记录

g. Pay especial attention to public areas during peak period and when important functions are going on.

在有重要会议或大型活动时要多关注公共区域。

 

3.  Maintain hotel’s standards:维护酒店的标准

 

a.  Monitor contractual workers and concessionaires performance and behaviour. Ensure that outside contractors performed their tasks in accordance to standards set-force by the hotel.

关注酒店外包公司的员工,确保他们是根据酒店制度的标准来操作

b. Recommend to Director of Services replacement of these and out-side contractors if performance is below standards and if their staff violates rules and regulations of the hotel.

建议服务总监如果外包公司达不到酒店的标准需要及时更换

c. Ensure monthly inventory of equipment on public areas and floors are done. Prepare replacement of equipment when necessary.

每月做好公共区域及楼层的盘点并且在不够的情况下准备采购事宜

d. Check public areas two to three times per day and ensure they are clean and in good condition.

检查公共区域2到3次,并保持良好的状况

 

4.  Minimize guest complaints:是客人投诉最小化

 

a. Receive and investigate queries and complaints from hotel guests, management staff and front office personnel, and report accordingly to the Director of Services. Do necessary actions to rectify the complaints.

接到从酒店客人,管理层,前厅部的投诉,立即报告服务总监,并且立即采取行动解决投诉。

b. Ensure that incoming hotel guests do not wait unnecessarily for their rooms. Monitor check-out rooms without sacrificing high standard of cleanliness. Assist the Head Floor Team Leader whenever necessary.

确保到店的客人无需等房,关注退房的清洁程序,在有可能的情况下协助总领班

c. Interacts with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels.从客人处得到及反馈关于产品质量和服务水准

d. Empowers associates to provide excellent customer service

取保员工提供给客人优质服务

 

5.  Contribute to overall efficiency of the department:

      设定部门的整体工作效率

 

a. Act on special arrangements, instructions received from Front Office and management regarding room set-up, then make necessary arrangements and action.

在接到前台和管理层的特别要求后立即行动

b. Attend to grievance and complaints of all staff and report to the Director of Services. Maintain good communication between management and staff of the department.

注意员工的不满情绪和投诉并且立即汇报,维护好与其他部门的沟通

c. Serve misconduct notice to staff and counsel / couch staff when situations call for such remedial actions.

在员工反措时给于口头警告和处罚

d. Discharge / dismiss staff when their work is not up to standard, with permission from the Director of Service, following the Hotel’s  rules and regulations.

根据酒店的规定,在服务总监的批准下,开出一些不符合酒店规定的员工

e. Fill out all required reports at the end of the shift.

在下班前处理好所有的报告

f. Ensure key control procedures are carried out. Check key cabinet weekly and make sure all keys are returned and accounted for.

确保每天的签钥匙纪录每周检查一次钥匙数量

g. Read all floor and public area hand-over books (Evening and Overnight shifts) and ensure that Head Team Leaders attend to them immediately especially those concerning repair and maintenance, guest complaints or services required by hotel guests.

阅读楼层和公共区域的交接本,确保总领班关注他们的感受,特别是关于工程维修和客人投诉及特殊要求

    

h. Maintain personal grooming as per hotel’s standard to project an efficient, professional, neat and tidy appearance to hotel guests and set an example to subordinates.

i. Ensure all staff in the housekeeping department is aware of all hotel emergency, safety and pest control procedures.

确保客房部员工都知道所有酒店紧急事件,安全和杀虫的制度

J. Prepare monthly meeting agenda and submit same to Director of Services. Act as translator during the meeting.

准备每月部门会议的议程,递交给服务总监,并且在会议中充当翻译

K   Assume the duties and responsibilities of the Assistant Housekeeper/Head Team Leader when she/he is on any kind of leave-day off, vacation, etc.

在副经理,总领班缺席时顶班

L  Conduct Self Brand Standard Audit in all housekeeping areas on a quarterly basis, using the Brand Standard Audit checklist.

每季度作一次自查,并且使用检查表

Monitor and check the supplies in the storeroom in B1 and in the housekeeping office and make sure we do not short out of stock.

关注和检查仓库和客房办公室的备品量,确保不断货

Check weekly the hotel and MEA floor pantries and ensure supplies are not under/overstocked and that they are clean and tidy.

每周检查一次工作间,是否客用品的存货量大于标准量,并且保持干净整洁

Ensure that all punch lists are checked regularly until it is completed. Be proactive and have good coordination with the Engineering Department.

             保证所有的检查表被及时更新的并且和工程部保持良好协调关系

 

Monitor and check vacation leave schedule of all housekeeping associates on all sections.

6.  Contribute to increasing efficiency of housekeeping service:

        制度和提高客房服务的效率

a. Act on all decisions and programs decided on by the Director of Services. Ensure policies and procedures of the department are strictly followed.

对于服务总监的决定要立刻行动,并且保证所有的规定被严格遵守

b. Ensure that Asst. Housekeepers and Head Team Leaders follow their job descriptions; monitor / evaluate their performance regularly.

保证副经理和总领班遵守他们的工作职责,关注他们的工作表现

c. Make recommendations on procedures to be adopted, personnel and equipment required to the Director of Service.

7. Minimize on department’s expenditure:

         控制部门成本

a. Preview and check all purchase requisitions prior to submission to the Director of Service.在采购单被送至服务总监之前,必须检查一遍

b. Check on physical inventories of all linen, cleaning and guest supplies, amenities, uniforms and miscellaneous supplies on a regular basis.在日常使用量的基础上检查布草盘点,清洁用品量,客用品量,备品,制服和其它用品是否保持正常

c. Assist in the monthly linen inventory.
