l  Promote work efficiency in the department.
促进本部门之日常操作效率。
l  Distribute work effectively and supervise working schedule of Associates carefully.

l  Resolve related engineering problems.
解决各项有关工程问题。
l  Ensures that employees follow all hotel, company and local rules, policies and regulations relating to fire and hazard safety, and security.

l  Attends training sessions and meetings as and when required.
