1.       PROFITABILITY高利润

·         Supervise Loss Prevention employees to practice the hotel energy conservation on own initiative.

主动指导防损部员工执行酒店的节能计划。

·         Supervise hotel outlets and kitchens employees to strengthen the utensils management, control the loss & breakage of hotel utensils to the lowest maximum.

指导酒店厨房及相关场所员工工作,以加强用具管理,从而将酒店用具的丢失及损毁降程度至最低。

·         Supervise Loss Prevention employee to control the loss of hotel assets to the lowest maximum.

监管防损部员工,并加强对酒店财产的管理使其损失降至最低。

·         Recommend variety of hotel facility and up-sell hotel product to the guest.

介绍酒店设备的种类并向顾客介绍酒店产品。

         

2.       LEADERSHIP领导能力

·         Assist Assistant Loss Prevention Manager/Assist Loss Prevention Manager develops the team spirit and team work within Loss Prevention department.

协助防损部经理助理经理提高团队合作精神,共同为防损部效劳。

·         Check duty employee’s routine work and grooming

检查值班人员日常工作及培训情况。

·         Sets a positive example for guest relations

为建立良好客户关系树立积极榜样。

 

3.       COMMUNICATION沟通能力

·         Abide by radio communication standard.

遵守信息沟通标准。

·         Put forward the effective suggestion being aimed at hidden danger and defects within hotel safety and fire prevention to Loss Prevention Manager.

就酒店安全及消防方面存在的潜在危险向防损部经理提出有效建议。

·         Put forward the effective suggestion to Assistant Loss Prevention Manager improves the quality of Loss Prevention work.

向防损部经理助理提出有效建议以提高防损部工作的质量。

·         Collecting the feedback of employee. Help Loss Prevention Manager to be responsible for the employee feedback follow up.

收集员工的反馈意见,协助防损部经理来解决。

·         Work closely and enthusiastically with other department to ensure team work and the smooth, efficient operation of the hotel.

与其它部门紧密配合、热忱工作,构建良好团队,以确保酒店工作的顺利、高效开展。

·         Liaise with the Sales and Banquet manager in advance with regard to large or specialized functions and do the function security well.

提前与销售&宴会经理取得联系,以确定具体工作职能,从而确保酒店的安全。

·         Communicates critical information to Loss Prevention officers.

就重要问题与防损部员工进行及时沟通。

·         Report all associate accidents and guest liability incidents to Assistant Loss Prevention Manager immediate.

遇员工意外事件和客人责任事故时应及时向防损部经理汇报。

·         Reports any procedure violations to the Assistant Loss Prevention Manager.

遇任何违反程序的操作须及时向防损部经理汇报。

 

4.       SAFETY AND SECURITY 安全与治安

·         Recognize and report safety hazards.

能够辨认出并汇报所存在的安全隐患。

·         Observe and report any Loss Prevention breaches.

遵守并能说出防损部的所有规定。

·         Inquire the suspicious person who was going to enter hotel area, prevent any opportunity to commit a crime.

仔细盘查要进入酒店的可疑人员,不给其留出任何实施犯罪的机会。

·         Abide by PSB relevant regulation; ask hotel guest’s friend who was going to visit the guest to do the visitor registration.

遵守PSB的相关规定,请需要拜访住客的访客进行必要的访客登记。

·         Organize the variety precautionary training classes and strengthen the law and discipline propaganda for preventing the occurrence of criminal incident.

组织各种预防培训班,加强法制法律的宣传活动,以便预防犯罪事件的发生。

·         All investigations will be conducted with accuracy and attention to detail.

所有调查必须要准确、细致。

·         Offer guidance to Loss Prevention supervisor to strengthen the check for hotel entrance.

引导防损部主管来加强酒店入口的检查。

·         Formulated various policy & procedure and supervise employee to adopt the precautionary measure to prevent the occurrence of various cases.

制定各种政策和流程,并监管员工采用预防措施来防止各类事件的发生。

·         Implementation of emergency procedures

执行危机处理流程。

·         Ensure that all associates' accidents/incidents receive immediate and professional First Aid treatment by the Loss Prevention Department.

确保员工遇到意外事件后能及时通知到防损部,并由防损部提供专业的急救措施来帮助员工。

 

5.       GUEST SATISFACTION客户满意度

·         Be proactive to offer assistance to the meeting planner, try best to meet their needs and provide the finest Loss Prevention service.

主动协助会议策划,努力满足顾客所需,提供最好的防损部服务。

·         Provide assistance to the guest who lost the passport, help the guest to put through the visa/passport procedure.

为丢失护照的客人提供帮助,帮助他们顺利通过签证或护照检查程序。

·         If the guest lost personal belongings outside of hotel, be proactively to help the guest to report to PSB if the guest needed.

如果客人在酒店外丢失了个人物品,应根据客人需要向PSB汇报。

·         If the guest lost personal belongings within the hotel, offer assistance with detail investigation. Report to PSB if needed or requested by the guest.

如果客人在酒店内丢失了其个人物品,应当仔细调查帮助查找。并根据客人需要向PSB汇报。

·         Strives to improve service performance

尽最大努力提高服务质量。

·         Handles guest problems and complaints effectively

有效处理客人所提出的问题及其投诉。

·         Assists in maintaining required JSA programs and statistical data. Interacts with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels.

协助保管所需的JSA程序和统计数据。与客人沟通、联系以获得产品质量及服务水平方面的反馈意见。

 

6.       OPERATING EFFICIENCY高效工作

·         Make sure all internal/external customer requests responded to in a timely manner.

确保能够对内外客人所提出的要求作出及时地反映。

·         Effectively handle any Loss Prevention related incidents which arise on shift.

交接班时有效处理所有防损部相关事件。

·         Make sure Loss Prevention Officer provides lateral service when needed to internal customers

客人需要时防损部员工需提供直接服务。

·         Ensure compliance with hotel and Loss Prevention SOP/LSOP.

确保能够遵守酒店及防损部的SOP/LSOP。

·         Conduct daily physical hazard inspections and daily patrols and complete all reports.

每天需检查有无安全隐患、时刻保持巡逻,并完成所有需要填写的报告。

·         Make sure all emergencies responded to in a timely manner.

遇突发情况确保能够做出及时反映。

·         Make sure all “lock-outs” responded to within 5 minutes.

确保能够在5分钟之内完成清场程序。

·         Make sure all “damaged property” responded to within 5 minutes.

确保能够在5分钟内对所报“危险物品”做出反应。

·         Act as assistant Emergency Organization chief as necessary.

尽可能地协助危机组织小组领导的工作。

·         Complete and distribute reports as required.

完成需要填写的所有报告。

 

7.       NIGNT DUTY ASSIGNMENT夜班任务

·         In case finding lady who was suspected to be prostitute, lobby officer should prevent her into the hotel and report to supervisor immediately.

如果发现有可疑女士可能要进行卖淫活动,前厅员工应该阻止她进入酒店,并立刻向主管汇报。

·         Check public area within work sphere regularly during night shift.

夜班时,应定期检查管辖区域内的公共区域。

·         To ensure all exists and entrances are secured and checked.

确保所有的进出口是安全的或有防损员看守。

 

8.       GENERAL DUTIES一般职责

·         Supervise all shift activity, including reports and incidents, patrolling, dispatching, various logs/files, all activity on daily shift.

监管所有值岗情况,包括汇报、事件处理、巡逻、调度及各种事件记录、存档等日常值班所有活动。

·         Assist in scheduling and training loss prevention staff.

协助制定计划及防损部员工的培训。

·         Make sure proper action is taken with regard to unusual occurrences in the lobby.

前厅发生异常情况时,确保能够采取适当行动来处理。

·         Make sure all outsiders visiting the hotel are properly recorded and identified.

确保能够正确记录并确认外来访客的信息。

·         Make sure the fire staircase was been checked and prevent the accumulation blocking in fire staircase.

确保消防通道处于关闭状态,并禁止在消防通道内堆放物品。

·         Escort the guest to the desired destination.

带领客人前往其目的地。

·         Ensure the hotel equipment be in good order.

确保酒店设备能够正常运行。

·         Manage traffic at the drive way.

协调管理车道的交通运行。

·         Make sure daily defect check and follow up.

确保每天检查缺损处并及时追查解决进度。

·         Ensure accounting cash are escorted and protected.

确保会计现金的护送和保护。

·         Ensure to be the ambassador of The Ritz-Carlton and JW Marriott. Treat all including suppliers, delivery person or any other contractor with highest respect.

作为丽思卡尔顿和JW万豪的服务大使,要尊重所有前来酒店的供应商、运输工人、及其他承包商。

·         Attend and conduct meetings as required.

参加并组织安排相关会议。

·         Be prepared to carry out any reasonable instructions from the Loss Prevention Manager or any hotel manager in the interests of efficient hotel operations
