职位描述

Managing all Business Centre Agents and ensuring proper control of facility is maintain in order to assist agents to carry out their work execution smoothly.

            领导全体商务中心员工确保设备的正确使用帮助员工顺利执行工作.

 

2.         Receives incoming faxes / and sends outgoing faxes for in house guests and city guest.  (Receiving faxes includes inter departments)

            为驻店及非驻店客人接收/发送传真(包括其他部门传真)

 

3.         Ensure all faxes (incoming and outgoing) are distributed accurately by checking guest’s name through Fidelio.  All faxes received or sent, must recorded in the ‘Incoming and Outgoing Faxes Record Sheet’.  Faxes will then be sealed in an envelope for Concierge to deliver up to guest’s room.

            通过FIDELIO系统确认客人姓名确保所有传真(接受/发出)分发准确.所有收到和发出的传真必须在”收发传真记录表”上登记.同时封于信封中由礼宾部送到客人房间.

 

4.         Providing daily administration / secretarial duties to Front Office managers as and when required.

向前厅部经理和当时需要提供行政/秘书职责.

 

5.            Administration / Secretarial duties includes

行政/秘书职责包括:

 

a)            Copy Typing  复印打字

b)            Tabulation of figures制作图表

c)            Dictation记录

d)            Courier Services邮政快递服务

e)            Photocopying 复印

f)             Documents binding文件装订

g)            Rentals of cubicles and equipments 设备租赁

h)            Interpretation / Translation of foreign languages (source out) 解释/翻译

 

6.            Co-ordinating meetings for in-house guests / city guests and internal departments.

配合驻店/非驻店客人以及其他各部门进行会议.

 

a)            Arranging AV equipment for meeting room as per guest’s needs

为举办会议客人安排AV设备.

 

b)            Liaise with Food and Beverage for meals and tea breaks when required

当客人有要求时与餐饮部门合作为客人提供餐点.

 

7.            Write / Type fax reply to sender for any undelivered messages meant for in-house guests.

将驻店客人未发送成功的传真信息回复给发件人

 

Reason being:

原因有:

 

a)            Guest checked out and fax arrived late

传真发送时客人已经退房

b)            Name of guest not found in Fidelio

在系统中没有查出客人姓名

c)            Fax received unclear

传真未接收完全

d)            Pages incomplete

页面不完整

 

8.    Assisting guest to make International Direct Dial, Collect Calls etc.

       帮助客人拨打国际,国内长途,对方付费电话等.

 

9.    Maintain the tidiness and cleanliness of the Business Centre Premises at all times.

       始终保持商务中心的干净与整洁.

 

10.       Providing services for seminar guests and city guests when required with the same service attitude.

用同样的服务态度为驻店与非驻店客人提供服务.

 

 

11.       Be familiar with Hotel’s broadband services and usage as it is popular to all guests; In- House or Functions.

            熟悉酒店高速网络服务与用法; 客房和大型宴会

 

12.         Maintain effective service in line with the Hotel’s Corporate Image

保持有效服务和酒店形象

13.       Assist those who are on duty with questions or problems that may arise.  Be able to take ownership of problems and resolve them.

帮助有疑问或需要帮助的同事。愿意承担责任并处理问题。

 

14.       Schedule the roster according to business needs. Monitors attendance records, sick leaves, overtime, and vacation levels

根据工作需要安排班次。管理考勤记录,病假,加班及休假事宜。

 

15.   Promote and display teamwork throughout the hotel.

促进改善与其他部门间的团队协作。

 

16.       Oversees the operations in the absence of the AYS Manager.

当经理不在时,须承担监督所有工作的责任。

 

17.         Perform shift closings and be able to identify discrepancies or irregularities in them.

维持班组的纪律并认同个人的差异。

 

18.  Understand and adhere to budgeted wage and hour limitations for staff.

了解员工薪酬待遇,并遵守工作时间。
