1.    Work a variable schedule that may include early, middle, late or night shift and be flexible in schedule changes, as business demands.
因工作的需要，工作时间会发生弹性变动，班次包括早、中、晚或夜班。
2.    Responsible for duties pertaining to the guest laundry and dry cleaning section, including sorting, spotting, washing, ironing and pressing。
对（能服务于）客衣的水洗或干洗区域工种负责，包括客衣的去渍、湿洗、熨烫。
3.    All items (both uniforms and guest items) must be handled   with extremely care to avoid damages. When in doubt with the proper  handling of the items consult your supervisors or manager.
为避免事故的发生，对所有衣物（包括客衣和制服）之操作均应格外小心，如有疑问，要请示主管或经理。
4.    Stained, torn or damaged items must be handled correctly by spotting, rewash or repair.
对有污渍或破损的衣物，应认真处理，正确地去渍、修补和洗涤。
5.    Have a working knowledge of laundry and pressing equipments used in your job.
能独立地操作相关湿洗和熨烫的机器设备。
6.    Use all equipments, tools, chemicals and supplies in the correct and safe manner as explained to you, to avoid accidents and wastage.
为防止意外事故和浪费的产生，应依据说明要求，正确、安全地操作各种设备、工具、药剂和其他物品
7.    Report any malfunctioning of equipment to your supervisor in order to ensure that all equipment is in good working order and well maintained.
为保证机器能处于良好的工作状态和得到优质的保养，因此若发现任何设备有异常状况应及时报告上司。
8.    Keep the working area clean at all times, not only at the end your working day, as well as the equipment and machines used.
任何时候都要保持工作区域干净整洁，也包括被使用过的机器设备。
9.    Maintain personal grooming as  stated in the associate’s  handbook, to project an efficient, professional, neat and tidy appearance.
根据《员工手册》》印发的要求，修饰个人外表，务必达到一个干净整洁，符合专业要求的职业形象。
10.    Immediately follow up on any guest comment or complaint by using the LEARN principle and ensure complete guest satisfaction.
为提高宾客满意度，应依据客人的要求和“LEARN”原则为其提供优质服务。
11.  Take an active role in accident prevention and be knowledgeable in job and fire safety and obey all related rules.
为预防意外发生，须具备必要的专业知识和消防意识，同时遵守相关的规定。
12.  Attend monthly departmental meetings.
参加每月部门的例行会议。
13.  Perform any other reasonable work request made by hotel management.
