1. Ensure day-to-day efficiency of the section

确保工作区域的每日工作效率

a. Responsible for sorting soiled linen/uniforms and forward same to the laundry.

负责布草/制服的质量检验，有污渍处应交由洗衣房处理。

b. Issue clean linen to the floor and food and beverage outlet, making sure that the quantity issues are in accordance with the daily linen count sheet.

负责分发干净布草给客房楼层和餐饮部使用，而且要做好分发记录。

c. Receive/check clean linen/uniform coming from the laundry. Spot check linen/uniform and separate those that need repair/mending and forward them to the tailor/seamstress for immediate repair.

对洗衣房送来的洗净布草/制服进行检查，如发现布草/制服需修补，应送交裁缝/

i. Report to the linen/uniform supervisor any uniforms that need replacement.

如有制服需更换，应通知制服间主管。

ii. Check clean uniforms one by one and segregate those that need to be repaired.

对每件制服均应仔细检查，如有破损，应分开存放。

d. Remove from circulation all uniforms of resigned staff. These uniforms should be folded, wrapped in plastic and labelled properly, ready to be issued to newly hired staff.

对离职员工制服应另行保管，这些制服应被仔细折叠并打包，以备新员工重新使用。

e. Ensure proper shelving of clean linen/uniforms.

确保干净布草/制服的存放。

i. Hang all uniforms in their designated hangers, properly fold and arrange uniforms in their designated shelves..

所有需吊挂的制服均应吊放在指定衣架上，而折叠制服也应存放在指定区域。

f. Help the linen/uniform supervisor in controlling linen stocks. Make an accurate count of condemned linen and submit report to the linen/uniform supervisor.

帮助制服间主管对布草存量的控制，对报废的布草要进行清点核对，并把相应报告交给制服间主管。

i. Check and count linen/uniforms delivered by suppliers to make sure that quality and quantity specified are correct. Report to the linen/uniform supervisor all discrepancies of deliveries.

对新进的布草/制服进行清点，确保供应商提供产品的质量和数量，如有差错应上报给制服间主管。

ii. Check clean uniforms one by one and segregate those that need to be repaired.

对洗净制服应逐一检查，如有破损应分开摆放。

g. Maintain the area of responsibility in a clean and orderly manner.

保持工作区域的干净整洁。

i. Help clean the linen/uniform room daily, 30 minutes before closing time. General cleaning of the linen/uniform room to be done once a week.

每天负责制服间的打扫，每周制服间须做一次大清洁。

ii. Linen/uniform room should be sprayed/ treated with insecticide, at least three times a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday).

制服间每周须有三次（周一、三、五）进行喷洒消毒水和杀虫剂。

h. Report any damage or loss of linen/uniform to the linen/uniform supervisor. Send damaged item to sewing room for repair.

有发现布草/制服破损或遗失应同制服间主管报告并把破损物送去修补。

i. Report to linen/uniform supervisor any abuse of uniform by hotel staff.

若发现酒店任何工作人员对制服故意破坏应向制服间主管报告。

i. Report to linen/uniform supervisor all complaints regarding staff uniforms.

如发生任何有关制服的投诉，应通知制服间主管。

j. Perform clerical duties.

登记工作期间的记录

i. Answer phone calls and pass relevant information to person concerned.

接听电话并把讯息通知相关人员。

ii. Write down telephone messages in the linen room phone book and indicate who received the message.

把接听纪录记录在制服间电话本上，并注明接听人员姓名。

iii. Make sure that all issuance of uniforms are properly recorded and signed by the employee who received the uniform.

每次发放制服均应登记在册，并由领取制服的员工签名。

2. Contribute to overall operational efficiency

提供有效的工作表现。

a. Assist the linen/uniform supervisor during inventory/stock taking.

在盘点期间向制服间主管提供有效的协助。

b. Perform the functions of a baby-sitter, order taker when needed.

当工作需要时，能临时充当婴儿护理员或电话接听员的角色。

c. Coordinate with other housekeeping sections regarding guest requests and / or convenience. Deliver to the floor extra items requested by guest when requested by the housekeeping secretary or order taker. Inform linen/uniform supervisor about such request.

若有客人需要时，应协助客房部进行相关的处理，例如当客房部文秘通知客人要求更多的物品到楼层上，就应立即执行，并通知制服间主管相关信息。

d. Follow strictly all hotel, laundry and housekeeping department policies and procedures to be able to perform duties and responsibilities efficiently and effectively.

严格遵守酒店, 洗衣房的规章制度, 更好的完成交于的工作安排.

e. Be aware of hotel emergency, safety and pest control procedures.

明白酒店的紧急应急, 安全及危害措施控制步骤.

f. Maintain personal grooming as per hotel’s standard, to project an efficient, professional, neat and tidy appearance to co employees.

保持个人清洁卫生, 符合酒店的规定标准.

g. Emphasize good personal behaviour, as per guidelines laid down in the

employee handbook and promote the spirit of teamwork, whenever

and wherever possible.
