职位描述

1.    Management/Planning管理/规划

 

n   To provide excellent service of the JW Marriott Health Club which includes the swimming Pool, sauna, locker facilities, pool bar.

负责健身中心的运营包括游泳池、桑拿、更衣设备、泳池

n   To participate in training activities on a weekly, monthly schedule.

安排每周、每月的培训计划

n   To be familiar on Hygienic requirements set by both local government and The JW Marriott standards.

熟悉当地政府和JW万豪的卫生标准并按要求对员工进行培训

n   To monitor the hygiene level of Swimming Pool and Jacuzzi.

监督监测泳池和按摩池的卫生情况

n   Operate the Pool Bar in a Professional manner whilst meeting all Bar and Beverage requirements set by local laws.

以专业态度维持泳池的运作并符合地方法对酒吧和饮料的有关规定

n   Ensure all gym equipment is well maintained in clean and working order.

确保健身房设备的清洁和正常运作

n   Ensure the Swimming Pool and Jacuzzi area are very clean and hygienic area.

n   Follow and conform to the Health Club Rules and Regulations.

n   Inventory and maintain the proper amounts of towels, linen, bathrobe and other Health Club Supplies.

2.    Financial Management/Purchasing Control 务管理/采购控制

 

n   Control the expense and cost of equipment maintenance and supplies for the Health Club within the budget amount.

将健身中心设备和其他物品的花费控制在预算之内

n   To control of losses of center supplies such as towels, robes, slippers and others to a minimum loss level.

控制中心物品如毛巾、浴衣、拖鞋的遗失,尽可能减少损失

n   Assist in financial targets and budgets sales for membership’s fees, sales items and revenues for services.

通过会员费、销售、服务收入达到财政目标和预算

 

3.    Guest Service/Sales 对客服务/销售

 

n   Follow the training standards for servicing all Guests in a high standard level from a JW Marriott Brand.

 确保员工受到JW万豪品牌高标准服务技巧的培训

n   To achieve a GSS rating for the Health Club above 90 %

确保健身中心客人满意率在90%以上

n   To be knowledgeable to answer all questions and request regarding the Health Club in English or Mandarin

确保员工能用英语或普通话应答客人有关健身中心的问题和要求

n   All Health Club Staff are guest oriented.

 确保健身中心的员工能适应客人

n   To assist all Guest in exercise and/or weight training

帮助客人进行锻炼和体重训练

n   Promote and achieve membership goals.

 促销并取得会员卡销售目标

n   Anticipate Guests Needs and Preferences to exceed our Guest Expectations.

预计客人需要 和偏好以超越他们的期望

n   Collect proper Guest Preferences to assist in the Butler Service Concept.

n   Smile and provide appropriate greeting to ALL Guests.

4.    Human Resources人力资源

 

n   To be well groomed, proper personal hygiene and dress code on a daily basis in according to the P & P of JW Marriott Shanghai.

n   To adhere to the JW Marriott Policy and Procedures.

n   Be fully familiar with your Job Descriptions.

5.    Safety and Security安全及保安

 

n   To be trained on All Emergency situations and are prepared for Any Fire evacuations

确保所有员工受到紧急情况处理程序的培训并对火警疏散做好准备

n   .Will ensure the safety and security of all Guests and fellow associates in order to provide a proper safe working area

所有员工要确保客人和同事的安全以提供一个安全的工作区域

n   .Report all security incidents and accidents in accordance to Hotel requirements.

n   All Staff are trained to be aware of security measures in order to protect Hotel’s property and equipment at all times.

n   Ensure all areas of the Health Club are well maintained to avoid any safety concerns for both Guests and Associates.

6.    Communications沟通

 

n   Communicate effectively to your Shift leader and Manager, and left and right with your associates.

与你的主管们和经理以及同事之间保持有效的的纵向、横向沟通

n   Daily briefing to clarify and inform daily operational events and activities.

召开每日部门会议明确、通告每天的工作

n   Make suggestions and provide ideas to improve Guest Service and systems.

n   Resolve Guest and employee concerns and find solutions.

发现客人和雇员的各种问题并寻找解决措施

n   Work closely with other sections and departments to share information that will mutually assist all departments to ensure proper Guest deliver of service on a consistent basis.

n   Be a Team player and cooperate with all associates to ensure service is delivered to all Guest promptly and consistently.

7.    Food & Beverage餐饮

 

n   Operate and maintain a professional, service oriented Pool Bar for all Guests.

n   Maintain proper stock of Beverages and required food/fruit items.

n   Assist and cooperate with managing special functions in poolside with Food and Beverage. 协助餐饮部提供泳池边的特殊服务

 

 

8.    Computer Skills电脑技能

 

n   Have full knowledge of operation of Micros System and Personal Computer for memo’s and other report required in your department.
