Scope and General Purpose of Job岗位职责范围与目的:
Manage the hotel’s marketing and public relations efforts - including procuring positive exposure for the hotel image throughout a variety of media; providing advertising and marketing support; involving and supporting events taking place in and sponsored by the hotel; supporting of promotional events in the hotel’s food and beverage outlets; taking responsibility for the content management and quality of all hotel publications and printing matters - to keep the hotel image in the right track.

Job Summary 岗位概述:
Execute marketing activities and campaigns to drive revenue streams (including Rooms, Food & Beverage, Banquets & Weddings, Meetings & Events), create and improve brand awareness in local and surrounding market such as Shanghai (the reputation and understanding of hotel brand) and strengthen the relationships with hotel guests, media companies, local communities, government and vendors.
Manage the hotel’s marketing communications main responsibilities according to standard operating procedures including Marketing Planning, Collateral and Advertising Production, Content Management, Public Relations, Promotion and Events, and Social Media.
Collaborate with partner teams (including Food & Beverage, Meetings and Events, Sales, Revenue Management/Reservations) on marketing promotions.

Major Duties & Responsibilities职责义务
- MAJOR DUTIES 主要职责
a) Manage the key Marketing Communications processes at hotel including Marketing Planning, Collateral and Advertising Production, Content Management, Public Relations, Promotion and Events and Social Media according to the SOP.
根据市场传讯标准操作流程,管理酒店的重要市场传讯活动,包括:市场推广计划、印刷品与广告的设计制作、内容管理、公共关系、酒店推广及活动和社交媒体。
b) Formulate and execute an annual Marketing Plan for all hotel events, public and media relations, loyalty and channel marketing and other marketing activities.
制定并执行酒店的所有活动,公共和媒体关系,忠诚度和渠道营销以及其他市场推广活动的全年计划。
c) Align marketing communication activities to hotel’s key business segments to ensure clear return-on-investment (ROI) for time and budget invested in the activity.
保持市场推广活动与酒店主要业务细分市场的一致性,确保活动中对投资回报率 (ROI) 有明确的时间和预算支持。
d) Develop media contacts, manage media relations, and organize media activities to promote good publicity and drive hotel awareness, counteract the negative impacts.

e) Build continued hotel awareness by delivering new hotel stories and press releases of promotion or event to media, trade publications and local community.
通过发送新的酒店报道、推广或活动的新闻稿给媒体、商业刊物和本地社区,建立持续的酒店知名度。
f) Manage hotel events including budgeting, guest list, agenda/programme, media participation, photography video and gifts.
管理酒店的市场活动,包括预算,客人名单、议程/计划、媒体参与、摄影/视频及礼品。
g) Develop hotel and marketing collaterals according to Brand standards for promotions.
根据品牌标准,设计并制作酒店和市场推广的宣传印刷品。
h) Manage and update on time about the text and images of all public channels that optimizes the content quality and best represents the Brand standards.
管理并及时更新各渠道的文字和图像,优化内容质量并最好地呈现品牌标准。
i) Manage hotel image database from official hotel photos, event photos, staff photos to use in hotel promotion.
管理酒店图像数据库包括官方酒店照片、活动照片和员工照片等,用于酒店推广。
j) Manage hotel social media system and processes to support tactical campaigns, engage hotel guests and build hotel media database.
管理酒店社会化媒体平台,支持策略性促销活动,建立酒店媒体客户数据库。
k) Manage the reputation and awareness of the hotel and Brand in the local city and key feeder markets.
管理酒店和品牌在当地城市和主要客源市场中的声誉和知名度。
l) Monitor awareness of competitor activities and use the information to develop Marketing strategies

紫云玄清是金坛茅山旅游度假区首家以“维持生态、恢复生态”为规划建设前提,打造环境优先,山水交融,注重建筑空间与茅山自然生态景观相互交融、和谐共生的低密度五星级标准度假酒店。该项目位于江苏省金坛茅山旅游度假区北部核心片区,西临茅山颐园,北接金茅公路,占地1825亩,建设用地面积约216.08亩,建筑面积3.1万平方米,由常州紫云湖旅游开发有限公司投资建设,总投资超10亿元。项目以“生态游憩、休闲度假、文化体验”为功能定位,突出山水交融的自然特色,主要呈现“一核、二带、七区”空间布局和“同心圆式”绿化结构。其中“一核”为湖心酒店;“二带”为入口瀑布景观带、湿地景观带;“七区”为入口区、会议综合区、书画院、酒店配套区、森林生态区、湿地果园、保育生态区;“同心圆式”型绿化由林地、湿地、水系、岛屿、庭院构成。项目将按五星级标准打造高端度假型酒店,建有宴会中心、湖滨酒店、书画院、养生馆和客房区等,客房总数约80间,建成后拟由日本酒店运营公司运营。目前酒店主体建筑已完成,内装硬装施工接近尾声,软装及室内家具陈设即将入场,预计2024年5月对外运营。
