Job Summary岗位概述:

Manages the Human Resources function of the Hotel by developing the strategy aligned to the hotel’s mission, goals and objectives. Promotes the desired work culture around the  Hotel.

Establish and implement annual objectives for the Human Resources Department. Establish, maintain and ensure adherence to all personnel-related policies and procedures. Manage department strategic planning and development. Prepare and manage Hotel Manning budget and operational budget. Develop, direct and oversee overall hotel recruitment and hiring activities strategies for all Expat and National Expat positions. Direct and coordinate human resources activities to hire, train, develop, empower, coach and counsel all staffs. Maintain and administer employment, salary, benefit and incentive programs. Supervise quality services in Cafeteria, locker room, and every area that services the internal customer. Conduct salary/benefit surveys of the local market and recommend enhancements of the hotel’s compensation plan. Assist GM to build up melodious and harmonious communication atmosphere in the hotel.

建立及完成人力资源部年度目标计划。建立、保持及保证执行所有人力资源部政策及执行程序。管理部门的战略规划和发展。制定和维护酒店人员预算和人力资源部运营预算。发展、保持、协调酒店内部培训计划,提供有效的技能培训及管理培训。指导及协调人力资源部活动进行招聘、培训、发展、授权、指导,为所有员工提供咨询。建立及管理聘用、工资等各项福利计划。监督员工餐厅、更衣室及每个为内部客人服务的区域的服务质量。进行本地员工工资及福利调查,提出员工福利计划。协助总经理在酒店营造和谐融洽的沟通氛围。


Major Duties & Responsibilities职责义务

1.      MANAGEMENT RESPONSABILITIES管理职责

a)      Provide a professional, advisory and executive support service to the General Manager to assist in meeting strategic goals of the establishment.

协助总经理实现酒店的战略目标提供专业的,建议性的以及行政支持。

b)      Participate in the development and implementation of Human Resource policies for the establishment. Develop and administer Corporate and Hotel Human Resource Policies.

参加人力资源部政策的发展及实施。发展及管理公司及酒店人力资源政策。

c)      Liaise with Division/Department Heads and make recommendations regarding Human Resource issues.

与区域/部门领导紧密合作,对人力资源相关问题提出建议。

d)      Liaise with the Executive Committee, regarding potential opportunities and threats so as to be pro-active in addressing changes in the Hotel’s environment.

与行政委员会紧密合作,考虑潜在的机遇及威胁,以在酒店环境发生变化前采取行动。

e)      Participate in the preparation of the Strategic Business and Operating Plans.

参加商业战略及营运计划的准备。

f)       Analyze staff turnover with the aim of implementing strategies for retention.

分析员工流动率,实施针对人员保留战略。

g)      Develop recruitment strategies and oversee the efficient and timely hiring of all associates.

发展招聘策略和监督员工雇用的有效性及及时性。

h)      Oversee the selection and appointment of new associates in the Hotel.

监督酒店新员工的挑选及任用。

i)       Oversee compliance with local government Employment regulation and industrial awards.

监督当地政府对员工雇用的规章及行业奖励制度的实施。

j)       Oversee the effective administration of personnel records and files in line with hotel policy.

监督在酒店政策下人事记录和档案的有效管理。

k)      Oversee effective workplace injury management, ensuring rapid return to work programs are in place for all associates.

有效管理工伤管理,确保员工尽快回到工作岗位。

l)       Attend to all industrial relation matters including Award interpretation, union negotiations and implementation of restructuring.

参加所有行业有关活动包括奖励解释,工会谈判及调整的实施。

m)    Represent the employer’s interest in all employment related legal proceedings and industrial disputes.

在所有与雇用有关的法律程序及劳资纠纷中代表雇主的意愿。

n)      Maintain safety and cleanliness of work areas and associate areas, including, but not limited to, the associate cafeteria and locker rooms.

o)      Ensure compliance with legislated heath and safety requirements within the workplace.

确保在工作场所法定的健康安全要求得以实施。

p)      Implement and manage an effective and fair grievance procedure in line with appropriate legislation.

按照正确的法律法规,建立和管理有效公平的投诉程序。

q)      Oversee to conduct the annual Associate Satisfaction Survey.

监督年度员工满意度调查的实施。

r)       Implement and evaluate an effective Performance Management Process (PMP) in line with corporate guidelines.

在公司条例指导下实施和评估有效的工作表现管理程序。

s)      Monitor the maintenance of current Job Descriptions, salary grades and benefit packages.

监督现有职位描述,工资级别以及福利。

t)       Prepare work schedules and annual leave schedules within budget, business expectations and guidelines of the appropriate industrial legislation.

在预算内准备工作的时间安排及年假安排,商业预期及正确的行业法规指导。

u)      Maintain and administer employment, salary, benefit and incentive programs.

参与制订有关员工编制、劳动生产力、福利花费及劳动力成本的预算。

v)      Ensure all associates are paid in line with their terms of employment.

确保所有员工按照相应的聘用条款付薪。

w)     Ensure all workers compensation claims and superannuation memberships are processed.

保证执行员工的补偿和养老计划。

x)      Management of training and development activities to build up hotel culture.

培训管理以及发展活动,创建酒店企业文化。

y)      Build up the culture. Actively promote a work environment, which cares for guests and associates alike.

创建关爱的企业文化,积极的推广关爱客人及员工的工作环境。

z)      Conduct Human Resources Department development and performance reviews, identifying key personnel for further development and structured career path. Monitor the implementation of Careers Development Program.

开展人力资源部的发展及表现评估,确定重点发展的员工及其职业发展规划。监督职业发展项目的实施结果。

aa)   Develop Department Heads so that they may improve their own Human Resources Management practices within their area.

发展部门领导,以提高他们在各部门中的人力资源管理。

bb)  Implement and maintain Human Resources Department training systems to ensure that associates have the necessary framework and skills to perform their job efficiently and effectively.

执行和维护人力资源部的培训体系,以确保员工具备有效完成工作的必备技能。

cc)    Develop and administer associates recognition programs.

发展和管理员工奖励制度。

dd)  Implement opportunities for quality Team Building.

创造团队质量建设的机会。

ee)   Conduct regular staff meetings to keep all associates informed.

组织定期的员工大会以保证员工了解酒店情况。

2.     FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES 财务职责

a)      Prepares the Human Resource Division budget.

筹备人力资源部门预算。

b)      Controls and analyses, on an on-going basis, HR Division costs to ensure performance against budget.

持续控制、分析人力资源部的成本以确保部门按照预算运行。

c)      Contributes to the preparation of the hotel’s Strategic Plan, Marketing Plans and Goals Programme.

协助筹备酒店战略计划、市场营销计划和目标计划。

3.     OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY RESPONSIBILITES  职业健康和安全职责

a)      Demonstrate Awareness of OH&S policies and procedures and ensure all procedures are conducted safely and within OH&S guidelines and ensure your direct reports do the same.

展现对职业健康和安全的政策与流程的关注意识,确保所有流程按照职业健康和安全的指南安全操作,确保直属管辖人也同样按照此标准操作。

b)      Be aware of duty of care and adhere to occupational, health and safety legislation, policies and procedures.

遵循职业健康和安全的法规、政策与流程,增强注意义务。

c)      Be familiar with property safety, first aid and fire and emergency procedures and enforce these in your areas.

熟悉酒店安全、急救和消防和应急程序,并在部门内加强宣传。

d)      Initiate action to correct a hazardous situation and notify supervisors of potential dangers.

主动采取行动纠正危险情况并告知主管潜在的危险。

e)      Ensure security incidents and accidents are logged, investigated and rectified to prevent future catastrophes.

确保记录、调查和整改安全事件和事故以预防未来灾难。

紫云玄清是金坛茅山旅游度假区首家以“维持生态、恢复生态”为规划建设前提,打造环境优先,山水交融,注重建筑空间与茅山自然生态景观相互交融、和谐共生的低密度五星级标准度假酒店。该项目位于江苏省金坛茅山旅游度假区北部核心片区,西临茅山颐园,北接金茅公路,占地1825亩,建设用地面积约216.08亩,建筑面积3.1万平方米,由常州紫云湖旅游开发有限公司投资建设,总投资超10亿元。项目以“生态游憩、休闲度假、文化体验”为功能定位,突出山水交融的自然特色,主要呈现“一核、二带、七区”空间布局和“同心圆式”绿化结构。其中“一核”为湖心酒店;“二带”为入口瀑布景观带、湿地景观带;“七区”为入口区、会议综合区、书画院、酒店配套区、森林生态区、湿地果园、保育生态区;“同心圆式”型绿化由林地、湿地、水系、岛屿、庭院构成。项目将按五星级标准打造高端度假型酒店,建有宴会中心、湖滨酒店、书画院、养生馆和客房区等,客房总数约80间,建成后拟由日本酒店运营公司运营。目前酒店主体建筑已完成,内装硬装施工接近尾声,软装及室内家具陈设即将入场,预计2024年5月对外运营。
